...if its true that it was unpatched, then thats fairly ridiculous, isn't it?
I have a hard time believing something as simple(as simple as it is to do network wide) as a patch can go undone.
Unfortunately I don't think they'd let us know that detail, instead we get politically correct vagueness like "We understand that we hold responsibility to establish security parameters in order to move forward not unto a future of retribution, but of bl...
I guess now-a-days you have to spell everything out. If you actually understood my comment you'd find that I agree with you to a point. NOWHERE do I ever state it should be taken seriously.
The point is: It's not black and white.
some parts are jokes based in trying to make jokes, and some parts are jokes based in truth.
"The truth can be told, even in jest."
*cut to late 2011, gamers across the world*
"Man, I sure am mad at bioware right now"
*Dual wields spells and swords*
"They really should get off their asses"
*Climbs icy mountain fending off imps and wolves*
"If only I had something to do in the mean time"
*Fights big ass dragon*
"Amateurs."
Taking everything as a joke would be just as erroneous as taking everything seriously
He does blow some things out of proportion, but most of the time, *he feels* he has a good reason to.
Its like dismissing a sarcasticgamer troll article as "just being sarcastic" when really they mean everything they said, and are less sarcastic now then they are jaded.
With zero, the argument could be made that he is jaded, but most of the time he...
I thought submissions were made by ad-bots who control accounts that have succumbed to phishing scams?
no?
ohhh I get it now.
The N is for nepotism!
For an article called "OtherOS Wasn't Worth The Trouble" you'd think that it explained what OtherOS actually does before it said it wasn't worth the trouble.
It would be far more readable, instead of just another rant against hackers, of which we already have plenty.
Thats why when you see major publications with articles on terrorists or whatever negative subject, they always start off with a twist, that prevents readers from thinking its just ...
I think you COMPLETELY misinterpreted me. Which is a shame because I thought I laid it out pretty clear, without having to preface it with my love for SP, because I shouldn't have to.
I grew up with SP, some of my favorite games are SP(MGS1-4, Oblivion, S.T.A.L.K.E.R, GTASA) but rarely have any of those games lasted more than 100 hours for me.
Lately, they hardly last past 30. And the majority of them barely make it past 6.
I'm not speaking about qual...
Better question: How can you afford to only play single player?

all for a FRACTION of the gameplay length of multiplayer. I can't consider buying SP games unless they offer a guarantee of longevity outside of future DLC. Those games are too few and far in between.
I need the game to do something to bring me back, a good multiplayer game reaches that goal easier, beca...
There are WMD's in Iraq
jk that was just a dead pixel in our google mapz
I don't think you read the article.
"we’ll be providing specific details shortly. "
'Shortly' = +2 days
'Specific details' = +5 days
Translation: One more week.
I didn't say BC2
but since you brought it up: how many times have you lost a match because there 10 snipers hanging out in the back?
I'm liking how they refine positive reinforcement for players to choose different classes instead of just saying "pick engineer or we lose noob" like BF2 and such. That's one of the biggest negatives in classed based games matches without organized teams. The game really needs to make the selfish want to play along or it becomes really frustrating for those that would use teamwork anyway.
Example: You need medics to revive and win, but you want to be a medic...
Theres plenty of local multiplayer about...
how can you say there's not after Portal 2 and Mortal Kombat just kame out?
Theres only one real reason games don't have it, its because they have to render two games at the same time. If your going to write an article about split screen, you have to mention the render cost, and what games it may or may not affected.
The fact that it even can be compared to a 60 dollar game should say a lot, really.
I haven't played it, but put things in perspective. FIFTEEN DOLLARS.
Representatives represent the people
Thats it.
If they get a call about a concern by the people or a past voter of theirs, they have the ability to bring it up in the house/senate. If it was always just giant issues, then they wouldn't be as useful as you think.
It's not always life threatening and they do go through quite a few issues in a day, so don't expect anyone to actually care about this enough to waste time dedicated to m...
Remember Cinematech? (scene-e-mah-tek!)
All they really need to do is play gameplay videos from various games. I guess cable companies don't like that though.
lol guess I'm not cancelling for a couple of months then
No, see, the controllers are actually external hard drives in themselves.
HHG should make raps out of his vlogs, not unlike auto-tune the news. Beats would not be an issue, lots of people make beats, royalty free ones wouldn't be hard to find either.
I'm sure I'll get random disagrees, and people would say they wouldn't watch it....but you know they'd be like "alright I guess I'll check it out..." while pretending they hate it
