I vote no, because the whole reason we can kill 1000's of things in a game is because they are very obviously fake and "videogame"-esque. If they start to compare with reality I think it would be too disturbing for the majority of people to shoot something so lifelike in the face. I don't think we know the meaning of "desensitization" quite yet.

But in all seriousness the games with lots of rage quitting tend to have factors that are out of players control eg: LAG or overpowered mechanics/outleveling(dota)
As long as the players feel that they can at least learn from the experience they will try and come back, but if the game shits on them when that happens then something is wrong. This is why games like halo have higher player health, ...

It might take a while, but I think this game has a better chance than RDR, for coming to PC, simply because its an adventure/mystery game.
Awesome. I played the SHIT out of this when it came out. Despite its flaws it's still the only game to do a 3D game that feels like diablo, but with more control.
