This may be involved with the "Valkyria of the Blue Revolution" patent SEGA filed recently.
Best case scenario is that Sony has bought SEGA and SEGA is creating a new Valkyria Chronicles exclusively for PS4. (They would also gain ATLUS, which is behind the phenomenal Persona and Shin Megami Tensei series games, as well as all of SEGA's IPs.)
It's a smart decision, if it's what is happening here.

It's a shame that CM2013 has those hideously oversexualized Alyx character models that don't fit her at all. They completely changed how she looks, and don't even offer an original CM2013 updated original model, just their pornstar models.

I just got my Vita yesterday, and there's already 21 people with Vitas within a 10km radius of me - I can then find close players and add them as friends to play against them.
