Trophies add everything to a game. More replay and longer playing time overall. It's not like trophies are mandatory, but give them to the people who want them.
I'm doing hardcore mode now and while it's definitely tense, I just don't have the patience for something like that and find myself not enjoying it. Thinking I might just put it on normal and play through it for the first time in two years to get ready for Dead Space 3.
I don't think it's so much that games have gotten easier, it's just there is WAY too much hand-holding.
01. A Link to the Past
02. Ocarina of Time
03. Majora's Mask
04. Adventures of Link
Take notes, Square.
The song was decent, but I'm sick of hearing that battle theme melody for the third game in a row.
Canary, you're thinking of The Last Story.
YES! I will actually GIVE you money to make it!
If you don't have the time for them, don't play them. But don't advocate for shorter RPGs just because you don't have the time for them.
RPGs need to be longer, and there needs to be more of them. Back in the day, Mass Effect being 30-40 hours long would have been an insult. Today that's the cream of the crop.
Listening to Western feedback and Yoichi Wada.
I think it'll be out in May. That just seems...right.
Sephiroth comes to mind for me. Everything he did to Cloud was just...heartbreaking. Of course I would do the same if I found out my whole life was a lie.
Illusive Man is probably the best villain this gen.
Every character should be fully realized, you are 100% correct.
To me, that's why there hasn't really been any good villains this gen. I want to DESPISE the villain and be afraid of him/her/it. You can relate to a villain without having to like the villain.
It's an RPG for people who love and miss the way RPGs used to be.
Homefront had HUGE potential. Flesh it out to 15 or 20 hours and you can tell an AMAZING story and also compete with the big boys. Hope they do a great job like I know they can!
If he is indeed working on it, this all but confirms an English release. And it WILL be released in America unless Square really wants to go out of business.
But SR3 was great BECAUSE it was over the top. If I wanted to play a serious SR, I'd play GTA.
Cliffy needs to shut up, already.
Still not worth it.
Besides how awful the grammar in this article is, I can't wait for FFX HD. Better see news at E3!
Never played it so it's easily a day-1 purchase when it hits PS3.
