I'd recommend you get out of that night shift. Not good for any marriage man but yeah that works if you have that type of routine. I too get to play when the kids are asleep so that's between 8-11. That's nothing compared to the 8+ hrs a day I used to be able to play. It really boils down to the type of gamer and games youre playing. I'm going to be replaying cyberpunk 2077 for probably 2 months or so. Do t need a sub during that time.
The average gamer really doesn't have that much time to play a bunch of random games. I say pick out the games you want to play the most and ignore the rest. I'm not longer bothering with games in my "backlog"
I'm just playing the games I want and sure I'm going to miss out on some gems but as long as I'm having fun and enjoying gaming then all is good for me.
Didn't hear about the steam change. That's awesome! Another reason to love what steam does.
You should honestly be able to get a refund if anything about the pass changes as well.

Kinda miss the old days when cdpr was less known. Loved Witcher 1 and 2.
Miss the rog mechanics of the 1st one and the difficult combat and learning curve of the 2nd one.
Hope they abandon open world and go to open areas like the previous games.

The existence of wokeness doesn't make a game fail. It's the persistent nonsense that at certain degrees, and it varies by game, will cause the scales to tip over.
Just as a person can't be defined by their gender or sexual orientation, character stories and progression can't be centered on the same things without feeling stupid, idealogical and shallow.
Veilgaurd focuses way too much in the shallow so it fails to keep interest.

Some weird nominations there. I can understand balatro is great similar to how inscryption was great but it shouldn't be in that list
