someone is clueless about the greatness of HL, the best FPS ever made. If they knew about it then they would not even put average games ike the conduit in the same sentence.
The only thing that this game will have in common with half-life 1 today is that it will have dated visuals.
HAHAHA half-life 1 shits on all other FPS(including HL2), and especially the conduit series.

Deus ex is my 2nd favorite game ever behind HL so I guess I agree with that one.
I do care that I wasn't even able to play the demo at all on PS3. They already took the demo off of PSN is pretty telling.
I wont be buying this game I dont think, they keep putting out demos that dont work, im guessing the game probably will have tons of problems too.
all you have to do is look at the 'cloak' effect and you can see a huge difference right there.
and crytec is lietec.
I sure have confidence in crytec and crysis 2 after they pulled the ps3 demo already after 2 days of it not working. Wow, what a wonderful demo that was.
I played the demo on 360 and it was like halo combined with CoD, maps kind sucked I thought.
I got the demo on ps3 too but couldnt connect to a game for 20 min. that was the first day so I will have to try it again.
the 360 demo is based of an older code than the ps3 demo.
He says the ps3 demo is based on the code a few days before turning in the final product. that guy just hurt their sales even more. I wonder if it will get declined as the multiplayer demo didnt work at all for me the other day.
If you were really disappointed then you wouldnt even play it at all.

but I do think crysis 2 is pretty disappointing so far.
Every other day I remember hearing someone at crytec talk about how great crysis 2 is then I DL the ps3 demo and it didnt work. the 360 demo wasn't really too fun anyways. Maybe the SP will be special but I doubt it.
This game was way over hyped I think. But who knows, maybe the final product will be much better than that half-assed demo they put out.
I started reading about this game for 360 shortly before it came out and decided to get it on PC because I love diablo and I could get it sooner. I could have gotten it on 360 but I figured Id play it on PC if its like diablo.
But It was 15$ on steam too, no cheaper. That made my decision easy. I think that torchlight 2 will eventually come out on consoles as well, but I will buy it sooner when it comes out on PC.
for $15 I think this game is really great....
all other games work fine. this demo sucks balls so far.
I cant even get it to connect to one game yet on ps3, thats all I need to know.
I know its not my connection because other psn games work and even the crysis 2 demo on my 360 works.

Crytec isnt going to get any customers with the demo in the state its in now. Maybe their servers are messed up or something because I couldnt get even 1 game or get into 1 lobby unless by myself. Ill try again later.
so I bought it on steam because I couldnt wait for he 360 release after hearing more about it.
I bought it on steam a week ago and it was $15, the same price. But its been on PC sonce 2009 and has had a bunch of sales where you could get it for cheaper.
I dont think its as accurate for the overall strength of the industry tho, because theres alot more DL of games going on right now than ever.
The video game industry is not just physical copies, hardware and accessories anymore. Downloaded games and DLC are a huge part of the industry now.
I really like this game alot and cant wait to get the second one with co-op this july on pc.
If the sales are good they will probably release the second on on consoles as well. With co-op it could do even better than the first one.
And the sony fanboys are butthurt about it.
