It was unique and I really liked the atmosphere. The little safe havens really made the game world feel alive.
By the end of the game I had sooooo much ammo because I am a videogame ammo hoarder and I LOVE games like this where they want you to run low on ammo. I always end up with crap tons of ammo because I have some sort of compulsive side that makes me conserve ammo even when I dont need to any more.

I dont have much hope for this game. We are full of FPS right now but if this game was really great it wouldnt matter, because its DUKE.
They dont seem to have faith in their product even though it is guaranteed sales because its Duke.
I have a bad feeling this game will not even come close to living up to DUKE 3D.

I never said I didnt like RE 4, because I would probably enjoy it. But I know for a fact that I prefer the old RE games to the new action focused RE 4/5.
It would be great for sony if that were true to help move NGP, but it would be better for square to put it on PS3. 50 million userbase of ps3 or smaller userbase of NGP. Square would be guaranteed at least 5 million sales if they make it for ps3, probably millions more too.
