Cherry picking is exactly what you're doing and its not working so why dont you just stop. Does it really bother you so badly that people actually playing it think its a good game and are enjoying it. People like you seem so personally invested in trying to belittle this game for others, I wonder why that is.
How is that any different from the people claiming its "mediocre" or "bad" over and over again trying to convince people of that? Its the people on the hate train like yourself that's trying to do all the convincing, people actually playing the game dont need to be convinced.
Things outside the service dictate latency more than the service itself, ones ISP is the biggest factor, type of connection, age of infrastructure and bandwidth bottlenecks are all factors. There's no way to know for sure rather it will be better than PS Now. Most likely if a person has latency issues with PS Now they will have the same with Stadia.

Well as it stands right now on metacritic, I know people defending the game are not supposed to use that but bear with me, there are 53 positive reviews, 34 mixed and only 2 negative so just looking at the numbers subjectively I'd say the general consensus is positive yet a certain group of people here are trying to spread the narrative that the game is "bad, mediocre, or below average". All of which is false.
Settle down dude I never claimed it was god's gift to earth. Do you want me to read the 53 positive reviews on metacritic or do you want me to do what you're doing and ignore those? See the problem for you is its not bland its a good game its actually doing very well people are enjoying it many have stated exactly that in the comments sections and that has haters like you flipping the F out. The only thing thats easily forgettable is your trolling.
Difference of opinion is fine but your conveniently throwing out some of the ridiculous gripes reviewers have used as an excuse to dole out low scores, like the main character isn't enough of a hardcore biker, his hat is backwards, his rings too big, his wife is not the focus of the game, you take an NPC to a slave labor camp, and on and on and yes all of that is from actual reviews that have been posted here. You claim no one cares yet there seem to be a vocal minority of individuals on this site trying really hard to make the "average" tag stick, the problem is people are actually playing it and know that its better than that.
The fact that's its an exclusive plays a large part in some people calling it "just an ok game" considering the people actually playing it know its better than that.
