That's the whole point,being able to upgrade the GPU. I wish they made them that way

I don't have it and the 360 seems to only play back very limited file types that atre on my laptop, same with the PS3. What am I doing wrong? My brother works for Microsoft and can get any software for 10 bucks from the company store but I'm embarrased to ask. Might have to bite the bullet and ask hime for Vista
I also was sitting on the fence regarding subscribing to a service. My local mom and pop video store now rents Blu-rays for 2 bucks so I have not realy considered it recently. It's a good option since I hear rumors that heavy users get longer wait times to get the movies sent to them via snail mail when in high demand. Streaming the 360 would be cool. I have a wi-fi router (hard wired) in the same room as the 360 and a good laptop but no Vista.
Looks like I will be in the market for hard drives. The 40 gb PS3 is almost full with no videos or music, only games installs (9 games). The 360 HDD fuget about it. 2 games and it will also be full. Come on MS now anounce lower HDD prices. Already eyeing 320 gb drive for the ps3
I like the dashboad updates. Maybe loading disks into harddrive will cut down on gouged dvds. Too bad I only have less than 20 gigs for storage. MS needs to lower the price of the bigger HDD's.

Who cares. I won't be getting this for the 360 or PS3. JRPG's are weak sauce.
Now you only need devise an air conditioned media control room to store the 360 in. Even returned repaired, new dvd drive and cleaned out (assuming new heat sink was also installed) it still is hella loud. You need to have the surround on full blast to mask the jet engine sound while watching movies.
On the plus side at least you don't have to stick in an actual dvd so no need to worry about a deep gouge scratched into your new movie from the dvd drive (even the new drive stil...
Does anyone remember that horrible Farcry 1 online demo for the 360 a couple years ago. It had to be the worst looking , playing , laggy mess I have ever seen. It Castle Wolfenstein xbox 1 comparable. Ghost Recon AW was their last good game and even then the online was just ok. No wonder the won't be offering a demo. Want to snag some suckers until buying
This game blows until they add more game modes online. I purchased the ps3 version and have not bothered playing it much. COD3 on the 360 has been getting action since my 30 day fee gold is almost up after getting mine back from repairs. MGO still waiting for love too. COD4 beckons everyday. GT5P, HALO3, GTA4 sit unplayed most of the time. I have a problem. Too many AAA games and not enough time. Good to be a gamer nowadays and not a fanboy
Wow I never got past the first hour of the SP and didnt touch online. After Halo 2 I am burned on this game.
My 360 use picked up after return from repairs. COD3 is still fun. Although I have so many games to play now and not enough time. PS3 I have chapter 5 of MGS4 and strting with MGO. Have not finished GTA or GT5P. Just picked up Battlefield BC. Still love COD4. Too many games!!!!
I had the same issues (disk read errors, and two rings from overheating) with new copy of COD4. I finally sent mine in. I got back the same console with new dvd drive and all cleaned out of dust. How can I tell if they installed the heat sinks fix?
I never owned a PS. Owned Xbox1 and launch 360 (in for repairs). PS3 was my first PS. I think HALO 3 ranks right up there with Kane and Lynch as worst games purchased ever by me.
