Panadamobile, you call that gaming?
That's just an addiction, man. I'm not going to say that PC gaming is dead, but it has basically become MMO-ridden.
Translation: It's okay for PS3 fanboys to act like idiots because 360 fanboys act like idiots.
I walk into this site not knowing who starts what first, so to me you all look like idiots and none of you have rational justification.
Whether with reluctance or enthusiasm, Microsoft will eventually have to conform to the idea of third-party hardware integration.
Nvidia screwed Microsoft over with the original Xbox by keeping the prices of their chips high when manufacturing costs went down so Nvidia could make a profit.
This reason alone was enough to make MS switch to ATI and I propose that it was also the reason why MS has adopted its own proprietary accessory "system" of nickel and di...
This is the game retards play. They know it's pointless to keep bringing it up but they do so anyway because it sounds good to them.
I will never understand fanboys, 360 or PS3.
Microsoft is not going to release a Blu-Ray player for the 360, whether it be add-on or integrated.
Also, Sony probably won't allow Microsoft to use Blu-Ray next generation without a hefty fee.
So, who's really holding gaming back? In the same way, Microsoft pr...
Just in reply to the title I must make the claim that no game deserves a perfect score.
I had a middle school teacher who would never give A's on any of the report cards except for the final report card. His reasoning for this was that if he gave us an A any sooner that would mean we no longer needed to take the class.
Same goes for game developers. I mean, you can't top a perfect, now can you? If you give Sony Santa Monica a perfect grade for their work on God of...
Haha, if this article gets approved and gets hot you are going to get so flamed, you have no idea. Waiting on DogBeliefs to come in here and express his irritations.
No wonder you only have 2 bubbles.
The 360 version of FF XIII is graphically inferior and runs on 3 discs. All of that is true.
However, the game is very playable, and performs on parity with the PS3 version in terms of framerate. So the game is not unplayable, as AAACE5 will say.
Who are you talking to NitroWolf? If you can't keep your comments civil then GTFO.
I'm tired of these immature child-minded fanboys infecting every thread.
God of War III will be epic, but not because you said so. Sony Santa Monica worked really hard and they deserve 100 percent of the credit. You deserve 0 credit for acting like an idiot and putting down other people.
Um...no. The current generation of consoles couldn't even begin to process this. The PS3 is equivalent to a mid-range PC from 4 years ago. Who are you kidding?
You're telling me to get over it? Look at all the disagrees I got just for mentioning it. The fanboys are just using this article as another way of bashing the 360. It's disgusting.
Last nite I tried playing some UC2 multiplayer. I don't know if it's just me but it takes an ungodly amount of time just to get into the multiplayer section. It has to sync LiveData every few seconds as well. Altogether it took me 2 or 3 minutes just to get into the multi section. After that it didn't take very long to get into a game, but there are loading screens.
You think this is funny until you realize they use little children as the bombs.
Either they're working on Gears of War 3 or they're working on the Gears of War movie.
The next Unreal Game will probably be made using Unreal Engine 4, so I don't expect one until 2012 at the earliest.
The same could be said about Gears of War 3, depending on how you interpret a previous statement made about it appearing on the next gen of consoles.
More of the same. It looks like MS is going to do exactly what I assumed they would do. The developers have no intention of developing core games that utilize Natal. Rather, they will design cheap exercise games built just for Natal. And if they do use Natal in a core game, it probably won't have a big impact on the gameplay, so gamers who prefer the controller won't be alienated or forced into purchasing Natal. This begs the question, "Exactly what is Microsoft trying to accomplish...
Okay, dude. Regardless of all of those opinions, don't you still agree that Microsoft has pushed Sony to improve themselves a little this gen?
If the answer is yes, then be happy that Microsoft is in the industry. They have made a positive difference.
Well, if that's the case, then by your logic there should have never been a PS3. However, Microsoft went out there and tried to be more successful with a console brand that failed hard the first time.
Imagine, if the first Playstation did as poorly as the first Xbox did, would Sony have made another Playstation?
Microsoft lost billions, and they came back and tried to do better. Yes, they messed up again BIG time with the reliability issues and the lack of standa...
That's a weird thing to say, Godmars. I would have assumed that you would at least agree with me that MS should get more first party studios. But now you're saying that they shouldn't even have those? What exactly do you want MS to do? Do you want them to just leave the gaming industry? I want them to be better. I want them to be a bit more like Sony in that department.
Microsoft did a better job with the original Xbox in terms of hardware reliability, and but a better job with the 360 in terms of marketing it.
Ultimately, the 360 has proven to be a more formidable competitor than the original Xbox was, but that doesn't excuse the hardware issues and the nickel&dime philosophy that MS employs when it comes to accessories like harddrives, Wifi, battery chargers, etc.
Microsoft must learn from its mistakes.

No, they're basically saying that the Wii's monthly sales have peaked. They're saying from here on out the Wii will not be in as much demand as it has been. It's now on a downward trend, according to analysts. Sure it's going to see sales spikes for popular releases like the new Zelda game, SMG2, and Metroid Other M.
