I don't get it. Is he trying to say that advertising games on TV is a waste of money? The title is grammatically incorrect. Also, I disagree. The Halo 3 superbowl commercial reached millions of people, and so did the Believe commercial, which despite what you think about Halo 3, was a pretty damn good commercial.

I like Stewart. He's a comedian. And more importantly, he points that out on his show and advises his audience to not use him as their only source of information.
The 360 sales of MW2 surpassed Halo 3. Being Multiplatform didn't have any influence on specific console sales.
Maybe they were playing it on easy mode or something.

Hell yeah. My netbook runs Win 7 and it boots up in 20 seconds. My last laptop ran XP and booted up in 50 seconds.
I don't like Vista very much but I've used it after it got Service Pack 2 and it was a very good OS after that. I think that Vista received the same initial tarnished publicity as the 360 did. People always judge products based on their first impressions with it.
I think that's what happened to Vista. It's really not as bad an OS as people say. After the second service pack the percentage of CPU power needed for the OS dropped significantly.
FltulentGhost needs to learn the difference between theoretical peak performance and actual performance. He's probably been drooling over the peak performance specs of the CELL the same way I was drooling over the 360 Xenos GPU theoretical performance specs.
Fact is, the bottleneck issues that both consoles place on their respective processors makes them very inferior to PC CPUs.

Yeah, in terms of games iD hasn't made anything great for a while, but John Carmack has invented impressive development techniques such as ambient occlusion so now that he his showing his excitement and flexing his brain on this game, I think RAGE might be a great game.
