At this point I would believe that there are more working PS3s out there in consumer's homes than there are 360s.
Not that it matters to me either way, but it just shows how pointless even hard numbers are when you can speculate about working consoles.
I have a really weird friend who calls my PS3 useless then asks to borrow it. So it's at his house right now. He texts me saying it's boring, so I ask to come over and play UC2 with him on MY PS...
It seems to me that the attention spans of the general public are in such a decline that they need to have summaries of a game, even though the whole point of the game is to play it.
What's next? Should every novel come with a summary of the entire events on the last page?
Thank you. Your guarantee means so much to me.
60 year olds don't care about anything. They break wind in public and don't give a shit. Well, sometimes they do. :(
It's okay Sackgirl, I have bubbles to spare. I noticed you "joined" this site around E3. Joined, meaning you're just a troll who made another account so you can have interesting conversations with your other half, Poseidon.
"The game’s been out since May, and according to NPD, haven’t been performing the way Remedy and Microsoft had hoped. As for a sequel, Remedy said they’re willing and able, but Redmond seems to be hesitating."
Microsoft advertised the game very poorly. The internet ads were stupid, in my opinion. The live-action youtube clips felt like a throwback to all the cheap games last gen that had terrible graphics and needed live action ads to appeal to the consumer.
If I was a wealthy man, I would game on PC. This isn't to say that PCs cost a lot but there are certain space requirements and I live in a small apartment. Also, the newer graphics cards use a lot of power. I don't want my electric bill to skyrocket.
Paying 10 dollars for the DLC and getting it over with seems easier than getting a rig to me.
The most pathetic way to criticize a company is by calling them out for profit-seeking. The company doesn't exist to pamper you and feed you for free. They do make games for profit.
Bioware makes good games, sometimes amazing games. Why must they be scrutinized as if they're some movie-game-tie-in developer like GRIN was?
And how do you criticize Bioware for not making "true" RPGs? Who cares if they're not true RPGs? Is Bioware not...
If there is a list of best RPGs of all time, Kotor should be there. If you have the list limited down to 10 games and you don't think Kotor makes the top 10, bump your list up to 11 and put Kotor there. Every Best RPG list must have Kotor. All must play Kotor.
P.S. Kotor.

Culo means buttocks in Spanish. 2 year of Spanish class, this is what I know.
Dirt 2 on PC with max settings and DX11 blows GT5 prologue away, and is probably on level with GT5.
Dirt 2 entire gameplay encompasses only one portion of GT5's game modes.
When you play Dirt 2, it's like you're eating french fries. When you're playing GT5, you have the burger and the beverage as well. This is not to say that Dirt 2 isn't a good game, but that if you're going to pay 65 bucks for a game, wouldn't you rather get the full package?
A counter-argument would be that GT5 is a jack of all trades kind of game while Di...
Greywulf, let people who actually own 360s criticize RARE and their games. You shouldn't be here.
Yeah, RARE hasn't made a really awesome game in years. While many call their 360 games good, they certainly aren't hitting the ceiling.
This is a time to rejoice. Another game using the KZ engine. Zombie game to compete with Left4Dead or Resident Evil, I hope.
CriticalHit, you're wrong. The most common problem is the X-Clamps falling off due to overheating. If you apply a better adhesive than what Microsoft uses, then you can fix RROD. I don't know why Microsoft took so long to find a solution, maybe because when it comes to hardware they're amateurs. It doesn't matter though because the Do it yourself solution to RROD has been on the internet for years and admirable gamers take advantage of the information instead of bitching c...
Or buy new washers at Home Depot for 6 bucks and fix the problem yourself. Some people on this site like to act very tech-savvy but on the subject of RROD they become very coy. As if unscrewing the plate and re-attaching a clamp and replacing the washers is somehow rocket science.
Who cares if he's white or black? He's usually dripping in blood, anyway.
Name one open-world game as large as Fallout 3 or Oblivion that looks as good. Not to mention the game engine used for both of those games was initially designed for RTS titles.
Eurogamer misspelled the word "installment" at the end of the second paragraph on the second page. Someone hire me as an editor, please.
