Whatever it is you are saying, makes no sense at all. Technically, PS4 is much more capable than Xbone. If both versions of the Witcher 3 run the same, then clearly no effort was made by the devs to use that extra power.
The Witcher 3 is my most anticipated, but should be taking advantage of PS4. I'll bet the dev team chose X1 as lead platform from early on, expecting X1 to be the No.1 Cons...
It is kinda weird that only Indie Devs are openly stating no issues with Xbox One eSRAM.
The only AAA Devs (CD Projekt Red) I can recall stating the same, and now they regret that because the game is said to be 720p and 30FPS on X1 because X1 eSRAM is a major bottleneck.
I haven't read anthing about PS4 performance regarding Witcher 3. I'm guessing if X1 can do 720/30, then PS4 should be pushing 1080/30.

My PS4/Acc. is set as 'PRIMARY', all the PSN games that I purchased, PS+, Apps - Netflix, Now TV (paid subscription) services are locked with a padlock symbol telling me 'can't verify the licence'!!??
This is straight up DRM! ..If ever there was an argument not to buy games online/PSN....This is IT!!

Xbox One could have been an amazing console, but it had the wrong handlers.
Now Phil is in charge, it will get better. But, it may take until the tail end of this generation before MS get's back to where they were with Xbox 360, and that's just too late for anybody.
