When i play on my iPhone 5, it's completely optimized to look as good as Rockstar said it would. "The mobile version of San Andreas is the best looking version yet." The rendering distance is enhanced, the lighting is more dynamic and richer, the shadows are all parent and dynamic, and the textures are more sharper.
And? No one wants to hear another bland and boring opinion. GTA V was literally superior in almost every way. Play SA right now, it'll feel outdated, with clumsy gameplay mechanics compared to GTA 5 which is polished.
I enjoy side quests, it just adds more content in the package after the main campaign is over. Besides, I indulge being a completionist, or is it just OCD?
How the hell did TLOU get best innovation? GTA V deserved that far more.

Some of the stuff you said is false. GTA V has the most vehicles out of any GTA game. A total of 257 vehicles to use. Also, if you want military pursuing you, just cause havoc outside of Fort Zancudo, tanks and military personal will attack you in Military Crusaders. Come on though, SA's and VC's AI is outdated. Just another detail rockstar crafted into this game. It's a shame many haters or casual gamers fail to appreciate the details Rockstar developed.
•The Max Payne trilogy ended with satisfactory in my opinion (it was such a happy ending with strong narrative). I don't think Rockstar plans on developing MP4.
•There are mildly alleging hints towards another Bully game, but nothing strong. I can't really see a Bully sequel running on RAGE 2.0.

Multiplayer can be fun at times, but a lot of the time, you're running into the archetypal issues such as empty lobbies/servers, inconsistent long loading screens, and hackers. Rockstar should have babied the multiplayer less and focus more on single player. The game should have included more gangster missions for Franklin, and honestly, the whole "kill Michael or Trevor" thing at the end shouldn't even had been there. It felt rushed.
