Yeah, but that goes the same for any franchise thats been going at it long. That's why people praise new IP's so much.
look at Assassins Creed, that games been the same for ages.
Why does everyone have to act all rebellious on this site by saying, "stopped playing gta v after... " or "have no interest in gta v... ". You think anyone really cares lol? Just enjoy your preference of games, but don't bash another game on the internet constantly.
Not really. Uncharted has charm, great visuals, and exceptional voice acting, but the gameplay is clumsy. Shooting mechanics are vile, and the free running animations accelerate inconsistently.
No, in San Andreas, only pedestrians on foot would try to kill you. With this mod in gta v, cars have altered physics, and are constantly getting thrown at towards the player.
Both are over rated.
(Oops, I said this on a Sony sucking site, I'm gonna recieve an avalanche of butthurt disagrees!)
Jeez, GTA V is doing exceptionally well, 32.5 million copies in less than six months. It's the best selling game on PS3 and Xbox 360. I remember last year before the game came out, Take 2 predicted that GTA V will sell 18 million units in its first year, wow, they really underestimated themselves.
Props to Rockstar.
The GTA V/O community is ensuing to become creative, fun, and appreciative. Those videos were awesome!
Ah, another archetypal useless post. What's the need for an article bashing GTA V. Is it rebellious to whoever wrote this, and does that person attain self-pride like that? Then that's pathetic.
It's always on this site too, N4G, "News 4 Gamers", not "Useless Posts 4 Gamers".
I bet if GTA V was Sony/PS3 exclusive, everyone on this site would praise it more. Lets not forget a lot of N4G users are Sony riders.
Felt a little rushed, and the whole "kill Michael" or "kill Trevor" option had no polished necessity, personally. Ending C ("Death wish") felt satisfying as an ending, and was a long mission count (about 30 minutes long).
I do wish the ending was more dramatic, like GTA IV's was. And the game didn't focus on one predominant villain like Officer Tenpenny from San Andreas, or Dimitri Rascolav from GTA IV, instead, we get Steve Haines and De...
So true, the game is optimized exceptionally for 360 & PS3, it looks, and handles great, and it's polished (for single player at least), considering how ambient and appealing the games scope is- physically, technically, and graphically.
It's a shame most gamers who bash this game (predominantly towards GTA Online) simply can't appreciate the lighting, and geographic modeling Rockstar crafted for us players. Not to mention the exceptional physics rendered by Eu...
Except the library of ps4 and Xbox one games haven't been wowing us at all.
How to cause havoc. "Rebelliously", bash/complain about the big, popular, and successful game on the Internet, the Internet, expecting rockstar to listen.
What's with all the complaining? At least there's a new update, pretty cool in my opinion- I like the whole Mafia theme. And online heists aren't nothing to anticipate THAT greatly. Why is everyone so obsessed with "when are heists coming!?" You saw the leak, it's nothing special- just another archetypal mission, but this time It takes place in a large bank interior and you get more money at the end. Besides, all you complain about is "oh, I have no money. Every...
Lame DLC, Ellie is an irritating character.
People hate on gta v, and rockstar's just swimming in money- not giving a rats ass.
Totally agree, TLOU fanboys take in self pride for admiring the story. The literally worship the game, even though it's just a game, nothing mortal.
•Trevor shouldn't have killed Johnny like that. It was kinda bad on Rockstars part, I expected more rational writing towards that scene. At the least, they could have had Trevor beat up Johnny pretty good, but not killing him.
•Wasn't ever character misguided in Banjo Kazooie N&B's?
Well deserved rockstar
GTA came the furthest from its origin.
Saints Row is a joke. Terrible driving and shooting mechanics, crap physics, vile visuals, non-interesting characters... i could go on.
