I liked this a lot at E3, and I played by myself. Maybe it's just a game for some, and not for all. Not sure I wanna shell out, but I've paid more for less...
For some reason the idea of buying anything from ebay just makes me ill, so I suppose this is nothing but a better alternative. The name feels odd to me though...
This is a matter of exposure to me. The same can be said for most movies that aren't based around singing. Anytime someone sings a ballad or something, it doesn't quite feel right. Musicals, or even movies with fantasy sequences like 500 days of summer, make it work because it's integrated. The examples you gave, of Leliana and Rosie, seem odd because they're something we don't see often. We don't see it often in reality either, and think about anytime you've ...
This to me, is the definitive version. It could only be better if it were just straight up on the PS3.
"There was no doubt in my mind, once I seen the first five minutes of Mass Effect 2's opening cinematic on Normandy."
Opinions aside, can we stop boosting articles that are poorly written? FFS.
It's not going to redeem anything. The build I played at E3 was effing awful. And I'm a fan of this type of game. The movement is clunky, the combat more awkward than any game I've *ever* played, and it doesn't look as good as they're trying to claim.
Unless it gets a massive overhaul that completely changes it, it's going to be just as bad as the first.
Not sure why he chose Chun Li as the model. I think Juri's moveset and attitude fits more with a Harley Quinn. Her hair even resembles a jester hat.
The visuals aside, is anyone else having a hard time listening to their stilted teleprompter reading? Surely there are more talented women out there just as well endowed they could be using for such ambitious journalism.
I feel like this article was translated from another language. Why are we letting such poor writing gain top spots on n4g?
This is bullshit. I clearly said that my pick of the show was the exhibitor who showed me the Harry Potter game.
The overreaction to barely any announcements about the game is completely ridiculous. Not only is the game almost a year away from release, but aside from early grabbers of Game Informer, we don't know shit for the most part. Chill out people. Point me to a game where BioWare failed and I'll consider validating any of these naysayings.
Remember when betas were used to...play-test games and servers and not so people could get early access and play the game for free? Good times.
I enjoyed watching you play, since the stupid exhibitor wouldn't let me play. Like he needed to explain how to play a cover-based shooter...
If effeminate silver-haired anime cliches scare you, I suggest you stop playing games, or going outdoors, or opening your eyes.
This guy is the reason I stopped visiting Destructoid. :(
looks familiar....
This would be more believable if Josh Olin weren't an idiot.
This is the best use of a violin ever!
Great article. I've actually been thinking a lot about this particular subject lately as the girls I know never seem to play games on hard or trophy hunt (with exceptions) and this kind of crystallizes why that is.
Also 2d-x ftw.
This review would be great, if it weren't Madden, and it weren't The Herp.
