The reason for writing it up is to let people know that it's coming. It keeps people in the loop that are looking to hear the news as it happens. So they know when it will. The same way a release date gets narrowed down to a date.
There's going to be some sort of extra/new content but it hasn't been announced yet. We have no idea the extent of that content though.
I never ended up finishing the game since the were a few features that ended up being repetitive that would pull you away from completing the story. But I ended up pumping 50 hours into the game on PC, so it's certainly a fun one.
That's what I'm assuming as well. I'm curious why they did decide to shutdown the studio nevertheless. There's probably more to it than money I'm sure. As in it's more of a passion for the company, the name, and what not.
The rumor/news has been resolved as wrong by Square Enix, https://twitter.com/SquareE...
I never played it on PS4 but had some fun with it on PC in the earlier days of its launch. I heard some people complaining about Daylight more than anything though. Nevertheless, Blacklight development was transferred to Builder Blox along with several members at Zombie.
Yeah, I was trying to see if I could narrow the date down to something. Sanya from Undead Labs seemed to think it might be announced next week, but there's no guarantee.
Well there are ethics/rules that one should follow regardless of morality.
This story is marketed as news and may as well be written as a feature which N4G classifies as an "Article". The only reason this could be considered an opinion piece is because you used the first person and it's not even used in the article. It's an editor note as a disclaimer which is separate from the story.
If you can find out the information on your own, it's more of a courtesy to source someone who helped you find a source than a need. Granted, in this case I don't know what the IGN writer's process was for finding out about the trademark. It's also worth noting that it's a freelancer for IGN that wrote the article.
In this case the freelancer does represent IGN still as he is writing for IGN, but I think blaming IGN as a whole is a little far-fetched. Neve...
This just in guys, Call of Duty is going to be a game.
I could definitely see them changing the player count based on the map. At least depending on how many maps they make so they don't spread themselves too thin.
Hideo Kojima confirmed that Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain would be released sometime in 2015 at the Tokyo Game Show. The translated information notes that Oki said it could release with MGSV: The Phantom Pain, but this is just up in the air information.
From the interview it's definitely hard to say. Where they were at when they were developing it they didn't think it would sell well. But, it's entirely possible they could be using assets from its development and taking this time to go in the right direction.
The activation area happens after you sign in, so unfortunately that's not the case.
Yeah I played it waaaay back when it released on PS3, so I'm hoping this gets cleared up. I honestly don't think Rockstar would let this problem slide but it may even clear up on its own when traffic dies down if that's the issue.
Interesting, I'll have to update the story!
We all know it won't be as good as the 1993 movie =P However, I'm curious to see the statements that flow in tomorrow on this.
Then you can just kill random players online :D
It's still possible since I'm sure they weren't intending on people to start writing it up and turn it into something.
