They recently put out remasters for 6 of the games you listed, as well as chrono cross, and finally, they have a Dragon Quest 3 and LiveALive remake on the way, with a rumored FF Tactics Remake in the works.

I'm really disappointed that the port for p3 is p3p. That is so weak. Really wished sega had done the work on 3 fes to bring it atleast on par with golden. It wouldn't have been that hard as the community modded direct party control into the game via emulation so it really shouldn't have been an issue for atlus. It is what it is tho.

This article feels relatively pointless. God of war Ragnarok is one of the last cross gen games coming out, with the exception of sports titles, and other titles of the same inconsequential nature. We have plenty of games on the horizon that are current gen only, from Sony, Xbox, and 3rd parties. Last gen is in its last year with notable releases.

I think his intention is lost in translation. I don't think he was walking on eggshells so much as he rightfully (IMO) believed that a medieval fantasy-style final fantasy with American accents would just come off as weird to us. I'm actually curious as to what this means for the Japanese accents and what their audience will think of them.
