Haven't we only heard the Yen to US prices so far? So we are not sure how deep we are going to have to dig into our pockets. Also I do believe the VITA does have some interal memory. I am sure we can do without a memory card at least at first. I personally am going for a 8 or 16 gigabyte one for now

Exactly. Why not have both? The SOTC/ICO HD didn't stop them from making LG. And GOW HD didn't stop Sony Santa Monica from making new games. And Capcom bringing RE4 HD didn't stop them from bringing RE5 or planning for RE6. So I don't see how its a problem. Developers can do more then one project at a time you know.
