@ Godmars290. Why do you need boss fights? If it is like strategy games or tower defense you would probably have to fight off waves of enemies armed with different weapons and vehicles to test your strategy and offensive and defensive skills. It not the type of Monster hunter or other type of games where you fight the small bugs until you fight the big bug. @ Chaostar we have only seen two terrains so far so can't judge yet. Besides MP is the most important part. What ever SP they give us...
Do you actually believe that or are you just trying to be difficult?
Yeah, they have more then enough characters to to it.
Yeah so? Microsoft will say anything to sell you Kinect, Nintendo will say anything to sell you the 3DS, game companies will say anything for you to buy their games. Don't see the point. Some people like 3D some don't but its Sony's job to try and convince you otherwise. Its called business.
Not true. If he was so cold blooded he wouldn't have shown any remorse for killing Athena or having to sacrifice Pandora. He even helped his fellow Spartans when he was the God of War.
And you obviously didn't see the scene where he sacrificed staying with his daughter to save the world from being destroyed by Atlas. Destroying the Gods in the end was a necessary thing despite the side effects we saw. They were corrupted by the power of Pandora's Box and would hav...
That full bodied alien autopsy on the table is incredible. If Sony implements this right, this could be the reason to buy a VITA. But its no surprise. Sony practically pioneered AR tech so of course they would be the best at it.
No, Its not a complete rip off. Hercules didn't kill himself because he would never find peace. He was tricked into destroying himself. Hercules was given a place with the Gods because he was a demigod from the beginning and was destined to be with them. Hercules was not given tasks by the Gods but by a king who decided what the tasks were to atone for what he did which didn't always require killing something evil e.g. cleaning the stables or stealing the golden apples or getting the...
So because its Hello Kitty that automatically means its shovelware? Hello Kitty is one of the most popular things in Japan.BTW what is with the Nintendo is 'allowed' to have shovelware? Is that some type of new law or something?
People only call out the marines when Sony does the same thing that other systems do.
I like him because he is misunderstood. The people who played the game just figured all he was, was a cold blooded murderer. But he sacrificed himself to save his people by making a pact with Hades, showed concern for Pandora and his brother, showed remorse when he killed Athena, sadness when he realized that his life seemed meaningless, love for his family.
But everyone only sees the anger that he displayed forgetting that his anger stemmed from being betrayed, tortured, tor...
Yeah, Kratos isn't a 'scumbag'. He was a Spartan Warrior who was tormented, tortured and manipulated by the Gods.He loved his family, sacrificed himself to save his people by offering himself to Hades and sacrificed himself in the end to keep Hope out of Athena's hands. People who played God of War obviously never picked up a book of Greek or Roman legends. The Gods treated humans and their children like garbage. The Titans were their brothers and wanted to kill them too.
@ trouble_bubble Damn straight. The mess that Dead Island was didn't stop it from topping the charts and yet R3's problems are something to call in the marines about. So many developers send out buggy, glitchy broken games but as soon as the most minor glitch happens on a PS3 exclusive suddenly they are careless, crappy uncaring developers. Its amazing the things people will overlook for one game but not for another.
Dark Soul is a lot less confusing and tedious. I remember walking around in Oblivion with a ton of things weghing me down half of them I couldn't even remember what they were for or who they were for. If Skyrim is anything like that then its Dark Souls for me.
That's idiotic. R4 could be even better then R3. What kind of attitude is that? If everyone thought like that there would be no DMC3 because people didn't like DMC 2. Just get lost. Some of us like the Resistance series myself included if you don't mind. Disagree all you like the can make new IPs and do Resistance. The made R and C while doing Resistance series. @ Szarky they can make more Resistance games and make other IPS. They can do more then one project at a time. You nay no...
Drama queen. Many games were a 'mess' at the beginning and no one made such a big deal about it. Fallout games were patched constantly with a million glitches and no one stopped buying them or playing them. I suppose Bethesda say 'screw it' every time they make a game. Spare me the over dramatic BS.
Article number 250 being approved saying the exact same thing we argued and talked about a million times. Slow news week? Its amazing how fast trouble making news gets approved as opposed to interesting or informative news does.
So if you kill a chicken, the farmers will attack an armoured, armed, magic welding warrior? Over a chicken? Yeah, in real life, not likely.
GOW definitely earned its spot as an awesome trilogy. BTW taking about GOW on the consoles as a trilogy, ignoring all side stories and prequels
So if you laying down buildings you have to watch out too? I understand how you must have felt when that happened to you. Nothing worse then messing up big in front of people in a game. That happened to me all the time in arcades. Still it adds a sense of dangerous action to the the game. Imagine leaping out of the way a second before tons of steel comes crashing down on you head. You should get a trophy for doing that. 'Close call' or 'The Sky is falling' or 'Narrow Escap...
Jak and Daxter is the only one of the big 3 of the Sony platformers that didn't get the PS3 treatment. I wish they would or at least pass it on to someone else to do it.
