...What are you talking about, Product? Capcom's had nothing but good news for the Wii. Zack and Wiki was a great game, and Spyborgs looks like it could be interesting. There have been some ports, but they were far from half-assed.
Well yes. There is a difference between comparing Wii games to other Wii games graphic-wise, and comparing them to 360 or PS3 games. The former is understandable. I personally don't care that much for graphics as long as the game is fun, and it looks like they're trying.
lol wii graphix looks wurse then snes lol XD XD
God, some people just make you feel embarrassed for them.
He was making a joke you goddamn dinkus.
...The screens really aren't that bad. I don't see what the fuss is about. Of course the Wii version isn't gonna look as good as the 360 or PS3 versions, but didn't EVERYONE see that coming? The only real hate-on is coming from the graphics whores, and they're just as bad as casuals, really. So why is this so controversial?
edit: I'm laughing at the people throwing fits over the lack of shadows in a game about a hedgehog who collects golden rings and runs faster than the speed of...
Agreed. Landing on Tallon IV was one of my most favorite gaming experiences ever. Metroid Prime was amazing.
Oh god, lodossrage, could you get any stupider? Do you even read things before you make comments?
The most obvious signal that you're goddamn far off the track is that Megaman and Bass (which some people incorrectly refer to as Megaman 9) was not 8-bit. Sigh.
Wow, you took the words from out of my mouth.
Just like that iPod kid who was an hero.
I think Europe's just mad because they never get any good games until 3 years down the road.
Open space can be great, but as long as something occupies that space. The fields in TP were beautiful and large... but dead and unexciting.
I never really liked Mario Galaxy too much. It was a great game, by all means. Parts of it were fun, and well thought out, but there was no challenge factor. I just went through the game winning everything ever.
Just make a more difficult Zelda game with less open space (the field in TP was too huge), more usefel items, more interesting/difficult battles (WW), and make some actually interesting characters. And next time, do the gimmick world right (gimmick world in TP was the &q...
Everything that has a legal age limit is being sold to anyone everywhere.
You name it. Porn, cigarettes, alcohol, m-rated movies, etc.
Phew, glad I'm not the only one that noticed that the "Victreebell" pictured is actually a Weepinbell.
The two sources are mixed up...
Oh god, someone's sarcast-o-meter is broken...
But yeah, movie-based video game cash-ins piss me off to no extent. Can we have another good movie-based game like Goldeneye or Mission Impossible for the N64?
Not gonna address much of this post, but... Sony pushing gaming towards the future? Bahahah, that's laughable. The only pushes towards the console future have been:
Xbox Live
Wii
Whether or not these pushes have been good is a matter of preference, but you'd be stupid to disagree that these two things haven't influenced gaming in the least.
40 GB may seem like a lot, but it's not perfect either. Found a list here that illustrates my point:
Assassin's Creed--------(Required) 1.3Gb
Devil May Cry 4--------(Required) 4.83 GB
Dark Sector ------------(Required) 1.2 GB
Dynasty Warriors 6-----(Optional) 1.86GB
Eye of Judgement---------(Required) 1.9GB
Folklore-------------------(O ptional) 1.04GB
GTA IV-------------------(Required ) 3.3 GB
GT5 Prologue-----------(Required) 5.24GB <...
wow kids under the age of 17 are able to buy mature-rated games how unthinkable and despicable this never happens anywhere for anything else dear god think of the children oh god what are we going to do
I love it when people make a fuss specific things when it's really a broader issue.
I agree with that list. Not really a fan of Red Hot Chili Peppers or Nirvana, but I can see it.
Aerosmith seems like a very sorry pick for a band-centric Guitar Hero game. They're good... but not great or anything.
Completely agree with Led Zeppelin. Van Halen is a nice band, but their drums are seriously lacking. So if the next Guitar Hero is gonna be Activision's Rock Band, then the drum parts would be seriously boring.
A Boston-themed Guitar Hero woul...
Guitar Hero: Van Halen? Now that would be the first GH I'd be excited about buying!
