In a short driving (minigame?) sequence.
Where there are only two types of zombies.
And they don't move.
COOL! THIS GAME IS SAVED! WAY TO SHOW THAT TECHNICAL PROWESS, CAPCOM!
I hope that Capcom doesn't gauge how well the Wii his fit for hardcore games by judging Dead Rising sales.
Dead Rising Wii looks so terrible it makes me scoff.
What exactly DID Halo bring to first person shooters?
Health bar is a good system. Regenerating shield worked for a game like Halo, but now it's in EVERY GAME. It's a freaking plague! It doesn't make sense in games like CoD4, and it makes the game too damn easy.
Dual wielding was done before Halo. Notably, Goldeneye. Also, there's limited dual-wielding in Counter-Strike (dualies) because it wouldn't make much sense to dual-wield 2 shotguns or 2 rifles, or something. ...
All Gears of War games are the same. I enjoyed the first one (which I played for about half an hour), but the second one, which I played for about 2 or 3 hours, really didn't do anything for me. Games with big muscly men with great graphics and little substance being touted as quality. Such is the era of video games we live in.
What, are you insinuating that a static health system with medical pick-ups that replenish your health is a WORSE system than a regenerating health system? Cause if so, I laugh at you, casual.
Dear god, I just want Bomberman 64 ;_;
Yep, Muramasa's my most anticipated game on the list too. I think they shoulda switched Sonic with Little King's Story though. HE HE HE.
But yeah, Muramasa is gonna be a day-one buy for me. No matter what score reviews give it.
Oh my god. This is quite possibly (no, it is definitely) the BEST video I have seen of Muramasa yet. So much action, all the cool-ass bosses. Fantasic!
A title that's going to be crappy, a title that NOBODY wants to buy, should not be a good indication of how Mature games do on the Wii.
Please don't use Dead Rising as an indication of this.
I agree with you, but what games DO you consider hardcore? And don't respond with, "Any games with guns and regenerating health!"
I wasn't really looking that forward to Fragile until I saw that video on IGN. I really want this game, now. Shame about the combat though. I think the game would probably be better without t.
Voiceofreason, you always make so much sense.
Also, if Nintendo denied or turned down some games, a HUGE fuss would be kicked up, and software makers would definitely boycott the console and create bad media.
Does anyone remember that guy that got turned down to create a Wiiware game? That one independant guy with a bunch of terrible flash games on his website? He kicked up a huge fuss, and that was just ONE guy. Imagine the negative publicity they'd got.
Put Bomberman 64 on Virtual Console ;_;
Great for Wii owners! The game never really interested me, though.
HAHAHA. You say (or insinuate... or something... I can't really tell with your retarded way of typing) that people anticipating this game are in denial, and yet in the SAME BREATH you say that Maple Story is a good side-scrolling game.
I weep for the gamers of today.
Oh god. Bubbles.
Finally some love for this game. It's probably my most anticipated game of 2009.
"They dont need to kill him, just make a game worth playing, he still has his own niche in gaming. Perhaps a gta type game and drop sonic in, they need to leave the run fast down this path approach and let you do what you want with him."
oh god this is such a bad idea oh god oh god oh god why would you even suggest this seriously
I completely agree. Just kill the character.
I remember liking Sonic Adventure 1... but I also remember liking Sonic Adventure 2, and I played that recently, and... ugh.
Genesis games all the way.
...They never said it was canceled. In fact, they've said numerous times that it's just being completed revamped, and that they'll be preparing to show it soon.
