Yeah, everyone who said that the boss was contradicting themselves has poor reading comprehension. Let me demonstrate:
"Lappin said "What Nintendo has done, is focus on the family market in Australia, whereas Microsoft and Sony's console offerings are still seen as being hard core gaming machines. During the past two weeks we have seen record sales of both Nintendo software and consoles. Our new DSi handheld is proving extremely popular with both kids and women and I re...
...Are you serious? Or are you being sarcastic? Did you read the article? That's the POINT.
Very interesting! But I can't say I'm surprised. I regret paying full price for this game. There's little incentive to play through the game again. If they added some bonuses or unlockables, it might've been better.
It does have an attractive art style though.
Artwork? I didn't think that this game HAD art...
yup just like killzone 2 amirite
No, uh, there's tons of shovelware for the Wii. I was saying that Nintendo doesn't really put out shovelware themselves (meaning producing or publishing) and I thought I made that pretty clear in my post.
Oops, replied to the wrong comment. Ignore the above >.>
theKiller, stop talking out of your butt. Software sales have nothing to do with hardware sales. Also, hardware sales are tracked from stores. NPD tracks how many Xboxes Wal-Mart, and Zellers, and etc., etc. sell. Not how many Microsoft replaces.
4 disagrees and no reasons why. Not like I can respond to them anyways, as this is my last bubble.
Yeah, it was really shocking that a direct port of a 5 year-old game only sold around 120,000 in its first week in a relatively small market.

So... you're saying that the PS3 is better for its time than the PS2 or PS1 were? Come on...
The Wiimote controls were a failure. To be honest, they are kind of niche and can't really find a good, cozy spot in most games. There are some games that make good use of the Wiimote, like Boom Blox, but these games are designed around it. I think it's really in a league of its own, and developers (like EA recently mentioned) are only starting to learn this. The motion controls really don't work that well for most games, and feel really tacked on and imprecise. Hopefully Motion+ changes this...
And Monster Hunter 3. But that doesn't enjoy nearly the same amount of success that Final Fantasy does.
I disagree with Shadow Man, but I can't prove him wrong!
Hmmm... something's not right here...
Oh my god, me too. Hahahaha, wow.
Well that's the whole reason they're releasing it. It's pretty much an interactive tech demo, if you ask me. I don't know if I'll get it... I might. Depends if there's any good-looking games that they'll reveal. Pretty much the only thing pushing me to get it now is the knowledge that, every time I bring it to a party or something, someone will be like "You don't have Wii Sports 2!?"
What shovelware has Nintendo put out, honestly? Outside of Wii Play and Wii Music, Nintendo's been nothing but big efforts. Yes, there have been some recent games with questionable design choices, but nothing (again, outside of Wii Play and Wii Music) that I'd classify as shovelware.
Well, the DSi app store is pretty damn awful too.
ITC: People who haven't seen their Fall conference and disagree anyways or disagree because NINTENDO
Yeah, I don't really care about Tekken or SF4. Uncharted 2 I'd like to try out, though. As for the rest of those games, that's why I have a capable PC. So I can enjoy the multiplatform games I want to enjoy, and I can play Metroid Prime 3, Mario Galaxy, de Blob, Boom Blox, etc.
