Yeah. Should be better than MW2. IW dropped the ball on that one and it'll be nice to have a decent FPS to play again. Hope there's destructible scenery
COD doesn't use dedicated servers.MW is a bit naff, but it is a huge success and there isnt loads of lag
Multiplayer works well now, so i doubt they'll repeat that mistake.
With regards to story and dialogue, they aren't the main focus of the game, though if they did up the quality it'd be nice. The stiff gameplay thing...personal choice. I think it suits the style of the game, its not neccessarily stiff, just slower than most games.
If someone wants a headset theyll buy one and if they use it much theyll buy a decent one.
Dont want to seem like a fanboy but EDGE does seem pretty hypocritical. Justifying a 7 for KZ2 because it wasnt original then giving MW2 a 9.
I dont really trust any reviews nowadays especially on big games.
40-50mil seems a bit high to me. Considering Killzone 2 cost 60 mil ( correct me if im wrong) which also included creating an engine which produced the best console graphics there is.
Then again KZ was only for one platform and i dont know how much it costs to port games from platforms.

yh - i know people who always get games early. Someone i know had completed GTA IV before the official release and another guy got Saints Row 2 17 days before release.

I dont think they were playing split screen. I think it was the views from two different TVs. Although then again from where the maps are you could be right. If they do have split screen like this, then its stupid. I dont understand why they would do it
COD's probably one of the most accessable games on the market. Simplistic lobby sytsems and menus, quick match making, its established and stuff like sticky aim also makes it accessable. But then theres the rank system which is reasonably deep as well as the prestiges to keep people occupied. Bascically its a game aimed at noobs as much as it is hardcore gamers and its an FPS, the most popular genre in the western world.
BC isnt really that much of a big deal to people anymore. Theres enough PS3 games now to keep you occupied, rather than having to go back to PS2

I actually agree with Saaking. MW2 - so noob friendly it puts skilled players at a disadvantage, and it just plain sucks
