Im glad they are putting this in the hands of American devs because the reason I HATE Japanese survival horror is they handicap the crap out of you with horrible controls and piss poor combat systems.

Killzone 2 looks great but the AI does look pretty crappy...Halo series is superior to other console FPS and EGM recognizes this...they are steaming over the Killzone 2 hype machine because they see through it...unlike this site which is riddled with enough Sony fanboys to start a small 3rd world nation. EGM even has it's own self-admitted Sony fanboy that reviews nearly every big Sony game...Shane Bettenhausen or whatever.

MS screwed the pooch by completely drying up support for Xbox 1. But at the same time, I've not been impressed with PS2 offerings as of late.
Funny how all of these Sony milk drinkers are convinced that the crappy studio like Guerilla is all-of-the-sudden good at making games when all their prior games have been total trash. Pretty graphics or not, the AI in Killzone 2 will (unless there is a miracle) SUCK. But EGM was a bit rash judging a pre-alpha but, perhaps, they are just predicting the future.

Wow...I like my steering to be delayed by 5 seconds every time. I'm glad I saw this vid...the game looked good prior to the stupid PS3 fanboy trying to DEFEND the game just put it's nail in the coffin for me by demonstrating how ridiculous it controls. Now everyone is saying "be calm and relaxed"...what a bunch of hooey
No P2P on PS3 = full up games you can't play unless you wait because the Japanese simply don't know how to do online gaming correctly.

Umm...2GB per level? 9GB per DVD9 disc...ok, so 4 levels per disc...multiple discs...big deal. Quit acting like games haven't used multiple discs in the past and won't in the future.
The game looks very generic IMO but I think that the PS3 needs all the FPS it can get.
Blu Ray and HDDVD are gonna get smoked by this new technology and DVD9 will win. In fact, both formats are in it bad. COMPACT DISC will store video and data and DIGITAL VIDEO DISC holds data and audio as well as video...this crap is only a label...STORAGE and 1TB is one helluva lot more than even a duel layer BLU RAY.
I would totally buy a DS for this.
