Well then....within the next 4-5 years, I will buy a PS3...until then...class is in for devs to equal then surpass the 360...I'm waiting Sony...

Dear Sony, please give me a reason to buy the PS3...I really want one. I owned a PS2 with almost 20 games and preferred it over the xbox last generation but Sony, we're just not working out nowadays. Don't make me wait for killzone 2. Give me something more.
Seriously, how can you fanboys keep fooling yourselves? Do you REALLY see any ONE game here moving PS3 consoles? I don't and I'll bet I've been gaming since before you were a gleam in your daddy's eye.
PS3 could outsell the 360 with hardware...but it wouldn't matter because SOFTWARE is where $ is made in this industry.
PS3 lacks system sellers. Even with a nearly 10 fold world wide PS2 userbase advantage over Xbox, Ratchet and Clank did NOT sell anywhere close to Halo. RnC series are great games...NOT system sellers. Nothing coming to PS3 this year is a system seller. Killzone 2...if marketed right and if it turns out to look as good as the current build WILL be a system sell...
I like the "if you want it, buy it off of the ala carte" approach with the 360. I will NEVER want Wi Fi, for instance.
I am waiting for another price drop myself. When the PS3 fanboys on here always list the same games in CAPS over and over again, I've still yet to see any true system-sellers in this group.

yea, I agree with what you've said. My PC is awesome enough to convert blu ray on the fly so that I can watch rips on my 360 but at the same time, I don't even own a HDTV nor do I want one...I'm really not a bit movie fan at all to tell you the truth and the difference between a standard DVD and BR or HDDVD just is not enough IMO, to make me really care.
IMO, the media functions of the 360 are easier to use than the XMB of the PS3, which seems very disorganized.
One thing that gets me angry about this generation is, the last generation, when the Xbox had so many more media features than PS2, it was said by everyone that it was superfluous and I heard so many say "I buy a console to play games". Now, these same folks bash the 360 because it's does not have as many media features. These schizo's need to make up their minds.
Oh, and BTW, still can't do custom soundtracks with PS3 yet I can stream Blu Ray movie rips to my 360 ove...
1st, how many of you are Europeans? 2nd, do you forget that a margin of 30k is a LOT less than a margin of 300k in the USA? Keep grabbing for straws Sony fans...and better yet, keep insignificant news like this at the top of the page. You only cause this site to lose credibility.

It's the truth though, why do Sony fanboys act like MGS is going to sell so many PS3s?
GTA series sold more copies than any other games on PS2 last gen, this is a fact. Quit acting like quirky games sell consoles when they do not...mainstream games...like GTA, Halo, and Madden sell consoles...and maybe FF.
The 360's software sales are shocking.
The rest of the year will be very interesting for vg sales.
Looks great...may be the reason I buy a PS3 but the fact of the matter is, Guerilla games has yet to make a game that is "amazing" so we can hope for a miracle. Visually, they are spot-on, but I'm worried about the gameplay.
How many units have the RnC series sold? I think it's great that Ps3 owners are finally getting some games to play but this ain't gonna move (m)any PS3s.
This is a great year to be a gamer. So many AAA games...and we've yet to see the Rock Band review as well as the newest PS3 games like RnC and Uncharted.
Less RAM is much more of a technological flaw than less storage space on the media...you can always have multiple disks...can't always reach up in the mobo and add more system memory.
Add a linear path, 300 hours of pointless CG, and androgynous lead (she)male characters with big googly anime eyes and the PS3 fanboys would LOVE this game.
Seriously folks, this game looks great. It's like KOTOR with a new universe and spectacular graphics. I cannot wait...though I don't know if I will actually have the time for a RPG
