Yes, completely right. I bought the game and even if the gameplay is complete trash with bugs and the character barely moves through the streets because of bugs and aiming is broken then I'd still say that people might want to check it out because the movie part of it is incredibly well done and its a movie type I'd love to watch. The artistic direction, the score, the acting, the visual design, the cinematography... I can keep going.. is INCREDIBLE and un...

Its not an opinion piece. Its a very sly way of saying The Order is a bad game like its a fact that everyone agrees on. The fact is the Order is loved by tons of people so the entire article is just biased passing on opinion as fact. These articles are incredibly annoying.

What a troll headline that suggests the game is bad. I'm not falling for that. The game is great and that's why I bought and played it. Get a life, author!

Great review and analysis.Though I personally disagree with the pacing with less action in the beginning of the game and the inability to run. I personally liked it because that's the pace they wanted it to be played and it wouldn't have been as immersive if Gallahad was running in the hallways left and right. But I understand the frustration with it as when I wanted to explore and went to the wrong area I had to walk slowly to the next one which was a little annoying.

I respect your opinion and I too have been gaming since Pacman was released on the table top arcade. I earnestly think The Order is a work of visual art that I throughly enjoyed from start to end. The price is fair to me because I was immersed in a beautifully realized world with excellent characters and some solid gameplay. I, in the same way you show disgust towards the industry in this way, am disgusted at the low scores the industry has given The Order. All I'm say...

What a sweeping statement to give an opinion and declare anyone who thinks contrary is a >enter name call<.

Here, let me try this on you:
"You're just a skank like your name says and anyone who gives you an Agree is just a blind follower with no valid opinion".

Stay classy

I didn't keep track but I feel I put about 10 hours in. Length felt fine. I'd say if you like running and gunning then its not for you. This game needs patience and appreciation. Take your time and take it all in. I loved it

Wanna hear something hilarious? Dead or Alive Final Round is getting great reviews with 8s and 9s.. did you read that? Dead or Alive Final Round is getting great reviews with 8s and 9s!! The Order is getting 5s and 6s!! OMG... I rest my case...

And this comes from a person that enjoys Dead or Alive. I have a few of the games inclusing DOA5. This is a travesty

Ah shut up, article! Who claims The Order is a disappointment? Lots of gamers are in love with it!

Yea man, I agree. Was a top notch experience that deserves awards for setting a benchmark artistically and technically. The artistic visual design, the acting, the animation, the lighting, the music... just incredible! What an audio/visual feast for the senses! I loved it! Its definitely at least an 8 for me.

Its a game I like to keep to showcase my PS4. I also like playing it again just like I enjoy watching movies again. It doesn't have to have trophy incentives to push me to play it, it was simply fun to play it and I'll do it again.

I finished it and loved it. Can't wait for a sequel. Was a memorable experience and its my kind of game. More more more!

I dunno.. I'm towards the end of it and I think its fantastic. I like the pacing and I really don't mind the scenes. It plays like a classic film which takes its time. There's a lot of mood and atmosphere and I like how it takes it time and not rushing. I have a lot of respect for R@D for these choices as opposed to the ADHD gaming that really bugs me. Those games feel like they're too paranoid to give the player some breathing room so they don't get bored. Its like a medi...

Yea, its too bad. I still wanna see a sequel now that R@D hears the feedback and can focus on gameplay more since it has the engine and assets. Would be a waste to abandon this beautiful world. Gun handling/feel looks excellent as well.

@GMR_PR

Agree. Pre ordered my game already. The visuals and music and artistic direction is too good for me to pass. I think the developer should ignore the hatred because they are responding to it and its making it more into a thing. Just let it die out on its own and not give this hate movement legitimacy.

Either way, I'm supporting these devs. I want to see more games like this.

Ugh... NOW look what you guys have done!

Boring!
Also, title implies the game is short which it's not. It's 8-12 hours which is standard for a linear game.
Enough already

Yep, played it on hard and it took 25 hours for me to complete. Took my time and enjoyed every minute. Now, I'd like more and as a thank you for the amazing game I'm paying money to support the developer for what they gave me and I'm voting with my wallet for more games like this. Cheers!
