They’ll be laughing that the next gen PS5 is directly competing with the last gen Xbox One X, all the meanwhile enjoying a new Xbox that is on a whole new level.
Xbox One S could be considered 4K by Sony standards apparently.
A little research goes a long ways, go look at Microsoft’s cloud computing services and you’ll find it dwarfs Sony’s non existent ones.
I think a demanding triple A title like RDR2 running at twice the resolution and better performance proves the X and Pro aren’t even in the same ballpark.
I think next gen will be taking place on new hardware and the cloud. I think you’ll be able to take part in next gen without buying a new console, at least on Microsoft’s side, I think Sony and Microsoft will have different ideas of what the next gen is, and it will look different then the generations of years past.

I don’t think it’s a big deal to work a couple weeks on overtime to finish up a project you’ve been working on for seven years.
I would imagine the cloud tech worked well in a closed environment, and it has taken a lot of time to implement it in a way that will work over Xbox Live. I’m really not interested in the game but the technology is fantastic and I’d love to see it in future games that interest me.

Sounds like liberal entitlement culture to me. If you don’t like your employer go work somewhere else. If you don’t have pride in the team you work with and what you are doing and you live in the mindset that the world revolves around you, you are the problem, and you are somewhere you don’t belong.

I don’t know what the franchise of the generation would be, certainly isn’t CoD or Assassins Creed, can’t think of other franchises that have put out multiple games this gen.
You must have not have read the conversation Shikoku. I’m saying PUBG is better because it is. Both games are on multiple platforms quit being a fanboy.
Yes... show developers support by not buying the game they even spent the last few years of their lives working on... makes perfect sense.
