Wow you playstation fans dissapoint me. Assasins Creed 2 is a rental and Modern Warfare 2 is a buy.
This is the game that will make PS3 sell over 100,000 units every week consistently in Japan. Xbox 360 only sells 5,000 every week in Japan.
Uncharted 2 is the best game I played this generation. The 4 best games that seperate this generation are COD4, Bioshock, Mass Effect, and Uncharted 2.
Jack Tretton doesn't belong on the list. He was making a prediction. Have you seen Jack Tretton predictions he is very nice and is the opposite of the doche. He probably got bullied in school.
Peter Moore belongs on the list for his ego-tistical manners. Shane Kim has a big ego. And also Greenburg. Myamoto belongs there too.
2D games are welcome anywhere, but I don't want major developers working on 2D games because there would be lesser 3D epic games. There is room for 2D games to give me a break from being tired of playing all these 3D games, so 95% of games should still stick to 3D.
As long as you sell over 1.5 million sales don't matter.
1. A sequel of Uncharted will come
2. Sony is happy and makes money
3. The game is the best this generation so far.
4. Like most Sony exclusives it sells systems and it doens't have to sell that much software
Halo Reach comes out next year and sells 7 million copies of software in one week but it won't sell that many systems because it's a FPS and so many other FPS have already came oujt.
Alan Wake has good graphics but it's not going to impress. Just watch the trailers and you can see parts that aren't polished. On a HDTV those graphics will get magnified and look worst. Mass Effect 2 engine is just updated even though it is impressive. And Bungie is never known for making top of the line graphics. Right now the best looking games on 360 are Bioshock and Gears 2.
Yes i'm tired of this xp bullshit. I mean earning xp to get new things is good but to pick up rank is stupid. It's not an RPG.
It should be ranked based on skill. I suprised more games don't do that. The only game i know that does that is SOCOM 2 where if you suck you are an ensign but if you're good you are a captain.
Uncharted 2 has set the bar so high. The majority of the games coming out in 2010 don't even come close to the quality of Uncharted 2 in terms of visuals. Heavy Rain or God of War 3 might do it. No multiplatform game comes close or xbox exclusive comes close.

Stop with the graphics don't matter excuse. Two best games this year is Modern Warfare 2 and Uncharted 2 and it's no coincidence that these two games look the best.
Well VGA atleast they aren't a bunch of moneyhats but they did manage to rig it somehow because Uncharted 2 should have won every nomination and somehow it didn't beat Assasins Creed 2 in Action/Adventure. You know full well Nathan Drake traveled more places and there's more action in Uncharted 2.

Stupid cam doesn't show the trailers when they are showing. And Jack Black stuff was staged. How did they know he was going to win? The awards are rigged. Uncharted 2 should win every nominee.
Fable 2 was an overated game.
Well yea it's been what 10 years since GT3 and 6 years since GT4. San Andreas is not an exclusive. Of course the maddens and gtas sell 10 million+. Game sales don't matter plain and simple. As long as you buy the system the company will keep selling and making more systems.
Well Microsoft has suckered in a lot of people by nickle and diming. Myself included. I have xbl gold and I only have been using for netflix streaming, and I bought one of those 12 month gold cards because it was only $36. Now the card is cheaper than $50, but that's still $36 more than PSN. It's the extra money they make here and there that keep them a live. Realistically Microsoft has no first party studio basically and they just reap benefits from others.
Game sales don't matter. PS2 never had an exclusive that sold over 10 million and it has over 120 million systems sold. Halo 1, 2, and 3 have each sold over 10 million and both the xbox and xbox 360 respectively haven't sold more than 35 million.
No i'm not joking. I just finished the single player campaign today for MW2 and I got the game during launch. I bought it for the multiplayer. I'm suprised I actually beat the single player this fast because single player shooter campaigns are boring.
Now I have not play AC2, but it's a rental because I can probably beat it in 2 weeks and there's no replay value.
