You know that I meant death as in pretty much realeasing only madden and other multiplatform games. You know it's N4G I have exaggerate a little bit to get the point across. I didn't mean death as in the Dreamcast death.
Funny if they sold negative number of Kinects because they payed people to own the Kinect.
I don't see where the game needs polish. Some of the environments like the buildings are bland. The only thing is the menus feel kind of primitive and the load times are annoying even after installing the 7gb.
I don't really care because the faster the PSP dies the faster we get dual sticks.
I think Resistance 1 was really fun online. It was overshadowed by Gears and the $500 and $600 launch price of the PS3.
And another nod to Gran Turismo 5. It's just a shame that the game is getting such low reviews. And to put salt on the wound it's so scoring lower than Forza 3. Realistically you can't really expect more than what GT5 is offering other than the annoying load times.
Most Realistic, Yes. Greatest, Yes.
I shall ignore people who just don't agree that GT5 is the best. It's just rediculous to me that people think otherwise.
And lol at PC sims because have fun playing with yourself, losers.
Mario Kart is a joke in itself. It's a party game.
@sheikh
It's a periperhal that cosumers buy one of. It's not like the wiimote or the move where you need one per player. Each 360 can only handle one. And because of this I don't see the kinect selling .5x times the amount of the 360 lifetime. It's simple statistics. This is just the nature of launching something that wasn't inside the system to begin with. Look at the wiimotion plus, it's not selling that hot either.
The move seems to be a huge hit in Europe.
When "push comes to shove" Nintendo is going to wane. They're using an outdated forumla that consists of old mascots and not really changing anything. As the adoption of HDTV and online gaming rises Nintendo's business will wane because they will struggle to adapt. That is where the money is being made the online DLC and software sales. The few Nintendo games that are selling like crazy are killing the competition in the Wii library. 3rd party developers don't want t...
Redhump300c is wrong. PS3 doesn't have as high failure rate. Also many zealots claim slim is a downgrade so why would people "upgrade" to a slim that doesn't have BC. It's not really a colletable compared to the Halo Reach 360 slim that has the Halo engraving on it.So due to those things most slim owners are genuine new PS3 owners. SO Redidiotc you lose and I win haha.
It's a demo though. One of the things that usually gets fixed is the the controls. If you were fine with Assasins Creed jumping then this is perfectly fine in Enslaved.
Scracth that, Enslaved is more than good. It's great. The game is pretty much flawless and the game may be too linear, but it doesn't matter because the presentation is so good. It's trying to tell a story, so open world is not relevant in this game. Also the incredible voice acting and faces from Heavenly Sword are found in this game.
Enslaved is good. I was downplaying this game. Vanquish was what I expected and that was overhyped, but Enslaved deserves the attention. Graphics don't rival Uncharted 2, but it's definitely getting close.
Not really. FFXIII isn't even in the discussion for Game of the Year. FFXIII is at most a good game. It launched simulataneously on both systems.
Here is Mass Effect 2 the best game on the 360. Timed exclusive for 360(i don't give two shits about PC it doesn't effect the market at all), and now a year later is coming to PS3.
Considering the heap of evidence about the 360 being maxed out i'm not going to spend $59.99 on Gears 3. Even Cliffy B said he basically maxed out on Gears 2.
Halo Reach just doesn't do it against the competition. It looks like a toy compared to other shooters. There is absolutely nothing on 360 to look forward to at this point. Possibly Kinect.
Bayonetta wasn't a short game. I think it took me 14 hours to beat it and granted i'm pretty slow but it wasn't short by any means. I only play games through once by the way.
Vanquish is not my loss. I'm just not easily pleased especially with the overload of shooters for the past few years. You gotta be doing something special to get me to pay $59.99 for single player experience.
Red Dead was nice for like one week. It came and gone...
@ Soda Pop
God of War 3 is the best of its genre. It was like a techinical showcase. You see things in that game that you never seen in any other game. I'm not one to talk big about God of War 3, but God of War 3 for $59.99 is a better buy than Vanquish.
Vanquish isn't going to sell that well anyway, so the game is going to drop in price soon. I can probably buy it for $30 a few months later, but guess what... there's going to be other 3r...
Can you install games on the 16gb usb storage device? The option to install any game is a very important feature.
Mass Effect 1 took more risks than Mass Effect 2. All they did with Mass Effect 2 is polish what they did good and got rid of what they did wrong with the first game. Game of the year doesn't go to a great game; it goes to a game that takes it to the next level. So far no games have done that this year. Uncharted 2 should win GOTY for 2010 too..
Halo 1 deserves the following because it brought shooters to consoles and graphically it was above all at the time. And the levels were huge at the time.
Now Halo 3 and Halo Reach are pretty mediocre compared to other shooters. The competition is much stiffer. I can easiley name a handful of shooters that do things better than Halo. But then somehow those games score lower in terms of review scores. Halo 3 and Halo Reach don't really do anything different but score...
