i finished a lot of single player games on the first day i get it...usually to get it out of the way, only sometimes do i actually go back and play it a couple more times

hmm...i guess famitsu overestimated ps3 sales...i thought it was lvling off at about 50k, but id expect it to lvl off to about 20-30k at the rate its declining at...still strong numbers
xbox 360 looks like it dropped about 100 units...so it looks like its solid at about 4.5-5k units a week...lol
keep in mind, there are different ppl working on each of the 7 shorts, not all of them will look like this...some may even be cgi i think, its like the animatrix shorts...they werent all one type of style

not exactly...sure, the sony brand would be getting its name around in the media, but what good does that do if the reason they are bringing up the sony name is cause they get the wrong(bad) msg from the ads
if it wasnt posted on here i dont think i would have ever seen it...so in THAT way it isnt exactly good advertising...it IS however good in the sense that if/when you do see it, you will talk about it...although there is such thing as bad publicity that ppl wont get the ad and just talk bad about the ps3 for it (as in this case, the author thought it had something to do with supporting nazis)
good attempt at a plausible meaning...it may or may not be correct, but its one way of looking at it
i just think that these ads, as well as a couple others that are a bit questionable (ie. early ps3 baby commercial...that one left me with a single raised eyebrow), get more ppl confused more than anything

all that effort for shorts, they can surely make an amazing looking halo movie...the only thing stopping them im sure is a great story to match

im amazed that the pokemon franchise is still popular...i remember when i was younger the other anime that were kinda battling it out as most popular, like pokemon, digimon, monster ranchers, yugioh (no exactly the same i think, only card game wise) but they all started dying out and pokemon is still holding strong
actually a bit under 82% of the FIRST WEEKS sales were preordered and the rest of it, 18%, was for the rest of the week
see 400k of 2.2mil is 18%, but obviously for you, when there is a majorly big number over a smaller number it equals 99%

i think they should stop saying "[insert current or future year] is the year of the [insert console(usually your preference) here]"
instead, when and if they do use this phrase, they would only be comparing it to said consoles past years line up, features, ui etc...(ie...that (insert console here) had a better line up this year than last year)
because when they get into competing as to which console had a better year than the other, it all goes back to opin...
