imo...visually, this game does look better apart from the quality of the video capture...although gameplay looks like not much has changed, there will be more things to choose/customize with.
the blood splatter on the screen isnt as realistic as the bloodshot eyes on cod4 (if they made the bloodshot eyes look more realistic) because in real life you wouldnt see blood splatter through YOUR vision when you get shot...and i would think that it could get annoying a little after awhil...
i doubt that many of the "HALO FANS" were questioning as to whether it was a prequel, rather, they were most likely questioning whether this game will take place before, during, or after the fall of reach (which most, if not all, halo fans should know happened before the events of halo:combat evolved)

its a controller mod but not a good one imho
with the way that the controllers buttons are located, you would have to keep the ball of your thumb slighty elevated or else youll press the b or y buttons (or all the buttons)
i wouldnt mind the joysticks to be loccated up there, but why have the buttons all teh way down there instead of switching positions of the buttons and joystick?

i bought it cause i love halo, didnt have the new maps, and cause i thought an open would 4 player coop campaign sounded fairly intriguing
i played the campaign with and without friends longer than other full priced franchise games...such as call of duty 4, gears of war, and even battlefield bad company
also, i played firefight with and without friends for quite some time aswell (and its way better playing with friends rather than alone...lol) and i can still see rep...

agreed...the cinematic/gameplay of the first video looked promisin, but the 2 other vids of the demo seemed pretty boring...tall buildings, long walkways and a whole lot of nothing. the person playing didnt like to use the scope, did he? and he did a lot of random burst fires at nothing...lol
