im interested in seeing sony's balance sheet as well...i didnt think they would do a price drop cause i heard/read that they were losing money on ps3, and if they did a price drop that i would think that it would make it worse

im sure with the zune marketplace integrating with 360 LIVE, theyll start to be a bit more profitable...being able to start a party (that i think youll be able to watch movies together in) is a cool feature...havent been able to test it out yet tho, so this is all speculation
i honestly think that raising the price of live will turn off members and will cause a decrease in profits

the game disc reads as a dvd for me aswell from time to time when turning my xbox on...but all i do to solve this is pop out the disc and pop it back it...yes it is a hassle and i too would like some kind of patch for this, but (for me atleast) it isnt unsolvable

well technically speaking, from these numbers, the ps3 games in the top 30 are all multiplat games...youd think that with all those exclusives that you guys praise, youd be out buying those and playing them instead of just going on sites like these and naming and praising them, but only to go out buying the multiplat games
