A PC is not "JUST" for gamming! HELLO! Then again, there are those who know only one thing and that's to game. Well, if you spent 3k on a system so you can get your gamming fix, hey, that's not bad because you have one bad ass gamming rig, 360 and PS3 may be cheaper but they probably won't even compare to your mouse pad in power wise. I fork up a few grand on my pc becase:

Seriously, if OSX and Linux is so "GREAT", we wouldn't be paying this much money for Microsofts software. I can tell you right now, I've used OS X and Linux and it's just not for me. I actually had to learn both OS's and still prefer windoze even if it does suck. This is for one reason. Windows has every type of application you could possibly think of and then some. If I wanted to use OS X, I wouldn't be here complaining about Windows.

I don't think full blown 1080p is even possible in this generation. I don't even think it's possible with 720p... this may just be the limits to what the 360 and ps3 can do.
