If you don't have at least 3 gigs of ram, you're screwed with vista. Ram is so cheap, you can get 4 gigs of decent DDR2 ram for $37, it's no wonder microsoft hopes that people at least add more ram when they upgrade to vista. Unfortunately they are wrong. I hate having to pay to have broadband at home and when I'm on the road, I have to have a second internet plan on my phone. If i can catch wireless for free, I'd definately not need my sprint data plan.

Agreed... Another example, complain about PS3/360 games because they won't run on a PS2 or Xbox. Out of all those who complain, they have systems that could barely run XP well let alone vista. MS plans to give you 8 T4 lines for $50 a month with live and their new consoles have 40 10 terabyte SSD Drives in raid 0 for $400 (those suckers are small and fast). With this you can download a 500 gig game in less time then it takes to cook minute rice. I say, bring it on!
