I'm not holding out a lot of hope for this title, since it's all "hurrdurr, tie it in with a movie," but I'll be damned if it doesn't at least *look* fun.
I want this to be good. I *really, really* want this to be good.
9.5, huh? Man, you musta really liked it.
Love that score. Good song choice.
Anyone who reads this review, start the video about 2/3 of the way down, then read it.
Anyone else play this stellar game?
Really improved on everything from the first!
I can't believe this is news.
But I'm sick of getting angry at games. Oh, the number of titles I've put down angry....
Also, every time I think about Comic Jumper, I think nothing but "I love Comic Jumper. I hate Comic Jumper."
Every. Time.
Nice review! It's not the rhythm games that have been in steady decline, it's just Guitar Hero. Harmonix are killing it right now and no stopping them. Call me a fanboy, but Rock Band 3 is going to make every GH release from here on out irrelevant.
I really like Twisted Pixel games, and want to give Comic Jumper a shot. The dichotomy sounds kind of frustrating and the difficulty seems all over the place. That sounds kinda rage-inducing.
Well, luckily for everyone, we don't play the "Hey, it's not GOTY because it's multiplatform" game.
Just watch out for our GOTY post. I guarantee you'll be pleasantly surprised.
Well, chalk me up as a Castlevania fan.
I loved it.
The game is satisfyingly difficult. I really love the challenge it imposes on the player. It's rewarding, to say the least.
Agreed. It's not GOTY material, at least to me, but at the very least in my Top 5 releases this year.
I'm sure it's a lot better than Team 17's other venture, Alien Breed.
Been a long time since I played Worms. Might have to grab this one.
I hate that Muramasa is so cheap now, because I really want to get it, but I also want the rumors to be true that it's getting a true HD release on XBLA/PSN, alongside Vanillaware's Odin Sphere.
Rune Factory: Frontier is excellent, though. Bought it new while it was on sale at GameStop for $15. Probably one of my better Wii purchases.
I am loving on these lists, man. Lotsa stuff that I had no idea had dropped so significantly in price.
I don't see how your comment is even remotely relevant to the point of my article.
I'm not the culprit who hit "Disagree," but the point is that maybe you should write something relevant to the actual article instead of bein' all "HURRDURR, LOOK AT MY GAMING EXPERTISE E-PENIS COMPARED TO YOURS."
I'm very happy for you that you played Phantasy Star so many years ago. I'm glad you can tote around your knowledge for every...
I...don't believe you understand the point of my opinion piece.
I'm not talking about the quality of the games.
Note how I didn't say I'm going to STOP playing the games.
The whole point is to wait until everything's all wrapped up in one little package and then buy the game at a later date for the same price.
I'm not lambasting the fact that DLC exists. Maybe you should read what I actually wrote.
Nowhere do I say that DLC isn't fun.
Also, yes, I'm very happily employed. I buy my own games now.
Might grab one of these. Seems like a less expensive alternative to a Dual Shock.
