Looked interesting for sure, and i guess it was more the excitement of that generation of games, but i think we both know it wouldn't have worked. At the very least it did not look at all like "Splinter Cell". The footage of what there is available reeks of Assassin's Creed gameplay mechanics, which given the time, that was all the rage.
Ultimately, Double Agent's story played Ubisoft into a corner for a direct follow up. Hobo Sam "made more sense" tha...

"For example Jurassic Park The Lost World on PS1."

God that game was hard. I was shit-scared of the Carnotaurus level as a kid haha. And the Velociraptor intro video! Class!

The soundtrack by Michael Giacchino is memorable to me also.

"Bioware" & their touting it as a "return to Baldur's Gate" style gameplay are what got me hyped to play "Origins" which was a great game. Though i can't help but remember the built in DLC Walls. That grated on me, and was telling of what was to become of EA and its future games.

Never touched DA2 (and therefore never touched Inquisition). My brother tries to defend them but they look garbage.

Ahh the Fable series...one of the saddest tales in video game development history.

The scale is obviously greater than in AOE 3, which was obviously limited by the then "new" 3D engine which the market expected back in the 00's. There's no reason the unit-cap can't be higher, i.e. see Cossacks 3.

In any-case, it can't be as bad as AOE Online.

I can't fathom how there are people out there that can remain accepting of this train-wreck excuse of a game.
How is it not the smoking gun (alongside Battlefront 2) to showcase that this type of big company, high-production value bulshit can't be trusted anymore?
Do they not know there are thousands of more capable pieces of entertainment out there? At the very least, wait and see.

You're right about the government's. Intrinsically they're allowed to get away with anything. I'd say it's the blatant hypocrisy in that, that incites the anger.

I was 10 when the Towers fell. With the benefit of maturity let's forget the conspiracy shit. Let's just say it plainly that the most advanced military & intelligence network in the world "failed" to protect its nation. They then use "failure" as a Pre-Text to wa...

I once ordered a Chicken Tarker at the local Indian..

The waiter was like "...don't you mean a Chicken 'Tika'?"

I was like "No. It's like a Tika but a Little Otter".
