I won't play the game.
But if there are people out there complaining about this kinda bullshit who buy the game anyway, they're the problem.
Anyone else who isn't aware or doesn't care, they don't know any better. If it floats purely based on these people, whatever, let them have it - it's a new IP.
If the idiots who complain and buy it anyway help it sell and make profit, reap what you sow.
Classic Starbreeze.

Bioware is actually dead. What you have to day is a Doppelganger.
"We don't want to say..."
Rose-tinted-glasses or not, it's a fun game. Definitely jankey, but still fun. I'd say it sits within a tangible goldilocks zone that may be different depending on the person.
One where on a personal level, I was still a young kid (7/8yrs) & loved Sonic through the Megadrive era. But also where gaming technology was rapidly advancing. The Dreamcast, the graphics, the music, the oncoming Millenium. It's the memories of playing it at that point in time that ma...

"You aren’t curing some major disease, making the world safer, or leading a social movement for change. You make entertainment, or at least you try. Your games can be amazing and even help people going through a rough time, but you aren’t Mother Teresa."
^^^ Love this.
Doubt (X)
I stopped playing Blacklist when I hit one of those "Optional" Horde Mode levels. Between that, other aspects and the oddity in which Sam had somehow found the fountain of youth, It all just felt so contrived.
Haha.
‘You only play Call of Duty or FIFA, you aren’t really a gamer’ - I concur! haha. Of course with a sprinkling of hypocrisy. I like everyone else was glued to the TV playing Modern Warfare over XBL when it came along and rocked the industry.
‘Mobile gaming doesn’t count.’ - I'd be the first to say this too. Though there are a few decent android games out there. The garbage ones stick out like a sore thumb.

I expected satire. But I ended up disappointed.

"Review Bombing".
Is this the journalist way of downplaying public opinion these days?
If the majority of people think it's shit, that's the case. Deal with it.
Not to say that's the end of the story. There's plenty of "shit" games in history that are either misunderstood or have become cult-classics etc.
Somehow I don't believe this will be one of them though.
Surely the "Most faithful of Fallout fans" would be the ones to hate this the most?
Visually, it's pretty great. Contact Based Battle animations definitely a step above Colosseum & Gale of Darkness.
But the capture mechanic...how monotonous.
Honestly, i found it kinda cool watching older 4:3 TV Shows on a CRT TV using Netflix on Wii. (Think Cowboy Bebop). Like a curious mix of modern tech in the way it's meant to be seen.
Does this mean Loot Boxes in the Air?
