Rising is following Raiden and Peace Walker supposedly fills in the time gap earlier in the series- it's somewhat like a sequel prequel. Not much of Snake's life left to make games out of though... pretty much all of it has now been put to game-age.
Looks like an insanely fun game, I hope people don't forget about it.

It has the word Halo in it though... plenty of my friends are buying it just because of that fact.

Getting used to things is part of life. To improve things a significant amount significant changes are needed. Backwards compatibility (eg: of USB 2.0 and 3.0) may be possible, but it also severely limits the full capacity of the future. Wow, the sales data must really be massive if it's VGCHARZ saying 500k. Even in this case their reputation precedes them, which probably means the ps3 sold quite a bit more than this.

Hmm, the only tough one is Pacman vs Kirby... the rest are pretty much a big name vs a no name.
Seems to be split 50/50 with Pacman and Kirby though. I don't know who to choose myself... so much fun with both of them.
