Sean lied and you should get refund. BUT if it took you 50hours to get to that decision then I am sorry, that person should not be eligible for a refund.
That is like saying Bioware messed up the ending of ME3, and people which didn't liked it are asking for a refund. NO!, not after 50 hours. 2-8 hours could be fine because NMS is grindy as f**, and it might take you this bit of time to realize how shallow that game is, but not 50!

Bungie is one to talk where they boasted so high and what we got (although subjective-good) was not a story rich space opera game they promised. It was a space MMO, which they time and time again clarified wasn't an MMO.

When I first heard 2 hot FPS titles are being released in the same window published by the SAME company, my business senses obviously said that one game had to be delayed. We knew it wasn't going to be BF because of unusually long dev cycle and usual holiday launch,...So it had to be Titanfall2 which prolly will release in March-2017.

Of all the businesses, Gaming sales is one of the most secretive one. Hell we know budgets and daily/weekly revenue of movies just when they get released for free. Even Music industry is not as secretive with their numbers as Gaming is.
Even NPD got ruined with the "Top revenue" BS, rather than good old "no. of units sold" metric.
A Voice-Ban should be there if enough people voted for it in subsequent games.

It mattered in the beginning when people were choosing which console to buy based on which console ran their favorite 3rd party game better,...but now the point is pretty much meh.
Quite small section of gamers who hold both the console will base their decision of this. AND EVEN THEN, who of those people don't know all 3rd party games run better on PS4.
From 2013 to 2016,
the amount and the variety of games PS4 had was unparalleled.
Not to mention games ran a little prettier and PS+ was only 50$.
Amazing how PS4 practically reigned over these 2.5 years, and STILL will up the ante with 2017 potentially being their one of the best year. GG Sony.
