i think its just popular to hate on everything lately... its kind of sad, thats the only thing that makes people happy anymore is hoping something fails...
whats up with the super-critical reviews lately? 1.5 really? i know almost nothing about this game and i find it hard to believe... reviews are becoming pretty worthless anymore...
the people who complain about this have apparently never played ANY mmo... they all have stuff like this! its a decade old practice!!! this is what you get when you take a really hardcore genre (MMOs) and invite millions of casuals into it...
seriously, play any mmo type game, they all have systems in place to trade rare currency for ultra-rare gear... why does it matter all of a sudden when destiny picks up a nearly decade old practice? everything people cry about, in regards to destiny, has been a staple of the mmo scene for YEARS... heck, i've grinded for gear for WEEKS in FFXIV, why does everybody think its blasphemy now?
this isn't a "destiny" problem, its an entitlement problem. its sad that some people cant complete difficult missions in the game, but that what makes certian items actually rare in game... suck it up and learn how to play pvp, or don't get thorn. its that simple! (it took me almost 2 weeks!)
RNG at end of crucible matches: "WAAAH! it doesn't reward SKILL!"
Hard Exotic Bounties: "WAAAAH! I cant do it! it should be avai...
yea, the bounties are only 1 route of getting an exotic... seriously, people complain about RNG during the end of a crucible match, saying it doesn't reward skill... then destiny has something like these bounties that reward skill, and people complain it isn't accessible to EVERYBODY...
some thing are difficult to achieve, and everybody isn't going to excel at everything... cant do thorns void damage? then you're not getting thorn. push your limits to get th...
welcome to the internet.
try going on a site with an iphone article and see all the android fanboys jump on it... this applies to just about EVERYTHING on the internet, not just gaming systems.
^this
people have no right to complain about repetition when they'll cave farm all day... strikes are a blast with some friends! just got done with the weekly (the nexus), and man, we had some nail-biting moments, and my bubble sheild saved the day! im not sure cave farmers have any cool stories to tell...
just got my crucible level to 2.5 LOL, cant wait to check out that sniper rifle! and almost got the queen to lvl 1, and vanguard to lvl 2. i cant ...
when people compare ps4 vs pc, they always leave out one important factor... price! i have a $1,200 pc (probably low ball estimate), and i cant touch that. my gtx 760 wont come close! and ive payed 3X the price of a ps4! if you game on pc to become part of the "master race", you'd better be able to pony-up about 2 grand... that, in a nutshell, is why the ps4 vs pc comparison is moot. sure your corvette can beat my honda civic, but you paid 3X for it! in this case, 3X isn't e...
LOL thats what i said!
haha yeah, why are we still letting them on here?
im having a blast with it, been playing it non-stop since launch! also, about 10 of my friends have been killing it also! gotta get off level 27 already!
its simple really... first, reviewers knew destiny would be popular, so they rated it REALLY low for quick-clicks... once lots of people say "oh it must be crap!", here come the articles saying "nah, its good!", simply for quick-clicks! whichever is the minority opinion online will be touted simply because its the minority...
like the article yesterday about how the ps4s sales are all "smoke and mirrors", nobody really buys that, but since the...
they are literally working on EVERY single problem online complainers have been crying about, and still this thread is filled with people crying... just goes to show no matter how much they fix and add to destiny, some people will just dislike it. half the people are crying about stuff they said they acknoweledged and are working on, if only people read the article. i feel sorry for devs who work hard and actually listen, cutting and adding and tweaking their games, only to still get blasted...
the loot at the end is completely random, so its like a slot machine handing out consolation prizes imo... i like the idea, just have fun and everybody goes home with a prize! (most of the time, ive seen nobody get anything LOL!)
they just know what works... once they figured out it would sell, it takes ALOT of morals to not become a complete sell-out! it reminds me of Krusty the Clown:
"They drove a dump-truck full of money up to my house!!! what was i supposed to do!?!"
BTW i agree with everything you said lol

@wearelegion
yes, its all an act, and anybody who cant tell the show is scripted probably also believes WWE isn't scripted...
who's life actually goes: what zany adventure will we get into today? uh oh, something went wrong, somebodys mad (or sad, or generally upset...), everybo...
forza always scores pretty well, good for them! reinventing the wheel is unnessassary when you have a good formula!
i take it you were never in on the ground level of any game which has a similar strategy... they have content planned out for years, everybody saying "i want it now!" wont change that. first, people complain about companies not supporting their game post-launch, then, one company commits a HUGE amount of time and effort into a games post-launch content, and everybody complains! people around here just LOOK for things to complain about...
lots of games come out wit...
because they like it?
wow, awesome pointless comment dude!
