18mil is ambitious, but hey, in january, i thought it would take them a year to hit 10mil, and that was a MASSIVE swing-and-a-miss... so ive been wrong before!
the sad thing is the WiiU will get no boost for Destiny, even though the game can clearly run on 7 year old hardware... really wish Nintendo had pushed for it to come to them, its not overly violent, and could have helped keep the WiiU in 2nd place... however, i think the x1 is about to pass it with the release of Destiny, along with other heavy hitters this holiday. I guess the big N have a few killers coming out too, so its still anybodys game, but...
agreed... you can turn down lots of things that have nothing to do with rez/fps to get to that standard. thats why the comparison is only telling if its for the exact same game, and then it only gives you a general feel for how powerful one peice of hardware is over the other.
its pretty established by now that the x1 struggles to have visuals that keep up with the ps4. lets not labor the point much longer...

i agree, but there is one other option... PROVE that kinect 2.0 is nessassary for a true next-gen experience... its STILL the differentiating factor between the x1 and the ps4, so make it a strenght, instead of a weight around the x1's ankle... wheres the kinects killer app?

Me too! destiny was fun, and the Co-op was pretty awesome! Really liked the MP also, it will probably be my go-to competitive shooter this year! come on, 9th!
im not a fan of kinect, but once you SAID it was mandatory, you should NEVER go back... keep selling it, and with a high enough install base it would have become something that would have caught some devs eyes... now its relegated to the sidelines, never to see its full potential fulfilled...
