Isn't that the case with consoles. Last time I checked they were the platforms with the smallest libraries.
Very nice.. I've got 512 in Raid 0. Pretty much Star Citizen, Skyrim, GTA 5 get the luxury SSD treatment..the other 100+ steam games get the peasant HDD treatment.
That's because last Gen had backwards compatibility with first gen PS3's and all 360's..

It's not just optimization that makes fps fluctuate. CPU clock speed has a profound affect on minimum frame rates. That's another reason why these new consoles can't seem to ever achieve a vsync smooth 60fps. I mean the clock speed is under 2ghz.. That's really quite pathetic in this day in age, even taking IPC improvements into account, something AMD fail miserably in too.

Yeah what titles have you been enjoying? The Order..? Borderlands 2..again? I can only think of 1 game worth buying and switching my dusty console on for this year and that's Bloodborn. Let's face it.. You console only fanboys have very little to brag about this gen.

I've been a console gamer since NES. I switched to PC in 2012 when the consoles had no games coming out. I certainly made the right choice. Even now I still buy the consoles but they rarely get used - except for the 1 or 2 measly exclusives every year. Still then the hype never meets my expectations. The game library is pathetic next to PC with its BC.

Coding to the metal the way to go. As primary a PC player I've never scoffed at coding to the metal. I've only wished the consoles still had better hardware so more games were running at 60fps.
Fenton I don't know for the life of my why you're having any performance problems with max Physx with 2 x 780's. Something is wrong with your setup. I've had this game runs running at blistering frame rates with Physx maxed and all other setting maxed on lesser hardware.
Borderlands is not a demanding game by any stretch and has sound coding.
Just shutup. Street Fighter is always an arcade game first. That's why it's always had so much Street cred. If they consoles can reproduce it.. That's good for everyone.
