Hopefully they do a better job with the gameplay. 2013 was like a sim compared to the always on Stability and traction control of 2014..something Codemasters never bothered to fix.
Your difinition of overkill is not off my friend. Overkill means power so spare, not how much money one spends on a rig.
2 x Titan X is beautiful stuff, don't get me wrong. But certainly not overkill for 4k. One only needs to do the "can is run Crysis 3"test.

Interesting part is.. Once you overclock a Nvidia card all power efficiently goes out the window and actually uses more than Kepler. Anyone who dabbles in vbios mods/flashes and cares to have a power meter especially knows this already. Go research it and see for yourself if you down believe me.

And the best part is most of those crappy machines still outpace the consoles
That's BS. I'm using a 144hz monitor and running far 100 fps. No modifications were needed. It did it out the box.
I just did an 5820k X99 build for less and am running 80 - 100 fps maxed out @ 1080p using a single 980
0 problems for me still. Running this game maxed at 144fps online with 980 sli..

The original GTA 1 & 2 and Max Payne 1 & 2 were ported to console. All the rest were posted to PC.
They wouldn't be exclusives if there were on another platform - do you need a dictionary? That's probably the most bankrupt argument one can say, especially since PC has more exclusives anyway.
And at 30fps it runs like crap too
And yet both are struggling running at 30fps or less and the Order isn't even drawing a full 1920x1080 worth of pixels..
