it's actually quite possible for nintendo to use blueray, 1 makes piracy hard 2 sony does not own a monopoly on blueray. I don't know if you realized but there are many many blueray players out there that sony doesn't make.
Are you referring to nintendo saying their system will have 3d support? That's not quite like a full 3d system, it just means the next console will be a full featured product.

Wii is gonna be the real retro gamer console this holiday season. An awesome new sonic game, an awesome new DKC title, and kirby with what is possibly the most adorable platformer ever made.

Bleray is almost too big for most games and 360 seems to be doing quite well for itself with digital video distribution methods. in the end it isn't that important. Blueray has been the dominant new format for about 3 years now and i still do not feel the need to update along with many other people.
It really is a digital vs physical race with movies right now. Sony chose physical, ms chose digital. last i checked that's nothing new. Do you really want to buy another ...
It's too difficult for lazy developers to develop that kind of crap for ps3. Which the positive side is most of moves lineup will at least be okay... the bad news will be that there won't be very many games in that lineup.
I have never experienced a disc failure in my life that has been destroyed by sitting in a console. Noone can touch it and even if the cd does get warm. It's never going be hot enough to warp the plastic.

Your taking the assumption that your conspiracy theory is true over what many game journalists have already seen and written about.
