3 did some stuff better, but also some stuff worse. Playing it made me miss the relentless AI, weapon degradation, interactive map, buddy system, extensive player animation set, and environmental destruction of 2. Also wasn't a fan of 3's end game where if you clear out all the enemy outposts you're pretty much stuck only fighting animals, boring.

Demon's Souls is actually listed in the Geforce Now leak, and that hasn't been wrong yet soooo. OG Demon's Souls has been playable through RPCS3 for awhile now.

Even with spending that much on a GPU you'd still end up spending less than what you would on consoles after an eight year generation of paying ridiculous premiums on just about everything. Either way consoles are not in competition with PC. PC is in a league of it's own.
I'd sooner pirate than install another launcher. Heed that warning suits. If you're gonna sell products on this platform you'll last longer by not being vexatious about it.
@Atticus_finch Yep, far far far fewer games still, and also overpriced with additional system costs. Anyone worried about the prices of GPUs now, but unironically uses that as a reason to invest in something providing less and costs more over a generation needs their head examined. Also let's not pretend these things are any easier to get anyway.

If you've got a compatible blu-ray optical drive you can rip your PS3 games. You can also use your PS3 to dump digital games.
