I just triple-dipped on Hitman: Blood Money XD
I'm a huge Insomniac fan.
They've produced nothing but AAA quality games this gen.
R2 was a phenomenal game that just lacked a tiny bit of polish.
As for R3, I'm sure they'll include the Blade Dicer, Cajun.
I remember being able to play full retail games at Funcoland. Now one one of the two Gamestops nearby tell me to F** off whenever I call and ask about the pricing of a game.
Funcoland carrying games that were 3 generations old was really impressive.
Now I prefer buying games at Target or Sears. At least there I know I won't get bombarded with Gamestop's promotional offers whenever I checkout.
lol @ some of the comments in this thread.
It seems even the Mujahideen living in the middle of nowhere know that having to use AA batteries for ur controller is lame.
I've never really understood the hype behind this game. KI (either 16-bit or 64-bit, u pick) was an ok game when it was released, but in retrospect, it just seems as dull as the Dead or Alive games.
Well that's good.
Them being side-quests is ok, but unfortunately they were part of the main storyline in Yakuza 2 :(
I blame Peter Moore.
I doubt SEGA would cut a bunch of important s**t and really weaken the game like Square-Enix did with FF13.
I'm still buying Yakuza 3.
There's a chance (and I hope this is true) that card games will be cut.
In Yakuza 2, I remember getting stuck for a very long time because, even though instructions for card games were in English, the symbols on the cards/dominoes were still in Japanese. I didn't know what they meant, and was left having to search the internet for answers.
Well now it's official.
The game's looking really good.
I hope reviewers can acknowledge that before approaching their review of Heavy Rain.
If it's just some BS line to get me hooked into the review... then oh well it worked. XD
Are there any spoilers in the review?
Phenomenal game. I really wasn't expecting it to sell 3 million so soon.
I'd say the Xbox 360 is being more crippled by things other than DVD, but yea... I could see why someone would list the DVD format.
I also heared the director say it would have SOME "HD stryder-esque action." :D
The game looks like it has some heavy influence from Japan. I can see why the developers chose to release it exclusively on the PS3.
I haven't seen much of Yakuza 3, but I did enjoy the demo as well as Yakuza 2 more than GTA4.
Yakuza's narrative is pretty deep.
They're both different games but if we knew whether "GTA5" will go back to having fun driving physics, it may be easier for some to decide which game is worth being higher on one's radar.
You are not a cynic.
The two choices you mentioned are basically highlighting that MS are going to tell themselves whatever they want to hear. Of course, there are other options for them but those aren't as convenient.
I don't get why some people seem so surprised either? MS hasn't published a PC game since 2008 right?
PC gamers should expect things to get worse next-gen as MS tries to further their Xbox venture.
Just bring the BBCiplayer to NA!
I'm sick of scouring the internet to find new episodes of TopGear.
I really should fork out the 10 dollars to buy this game. The demo really impressed me.
It's only $1.25 a month.
