You can't compare Halo and Gears to other 360 exclusives. Halo and Gears are like god. So comparing 360 exclusives to Halo/Gears would be like trying to compare regular people to god , it can't be done.

They pretty much are. As far as blogs/journalism goes, the weeks following E3 month are the most boring of the year.

That means one can expect a Winter 2011 release date, at the earliest.
