The only thing I like about gaming my PC is I can get games cheaper that's about it. The rest of it is pretty meh. The visuals aren't that much better. I never cared about frame rate as I don't play PVP games and all that. I built my PC for cyberpunk and it played it just fine and it looks fantastic but it's been nothing but hassle since, constant driver issues, win 11 has been freezing, I play a few games on it but I spend most of my time where my friends are PS5.
PS6 is still at minimum 4yrs away. PS5 PRO while I agree maybe a waste of money considering I honestly don't feel we have even seen what the PS5 can actually do as almost every damn game this gen so far has been either a pathetic remaster/remake or cross gen. I will probably get a PS5 Pro just because I have a launch PS5 I'll gift that to my son and move to the PRO if it's actually real and releasing which I believe it will.
It has the same CPU. The GPU is supposed to be a mix of possibly RDNA 3/4 stuff.

The government is trying to walk back the merger between MS and Act/Blizz this likely is an act to keep that from happening and MS has been for the last decade trying to be come the de facto market place for games and software. They've been moving most of their software to cloud and subscription models again for a decade now.

10$ to "upgrade" it is better than wanting full price but honestly it's not a big enough change and the game just wasn't as good as the first.
Exactly, this is going exactly like video streaming services. It was great at first but now there are 10 different ones, they combined to be "better values" but they aren't cause you aren't going to watch most of the stuff, it's become cable TV all over again cause no amount of money is enough, they want every cent on the table and it's just making the services worse honestly. That's the future of GASS and game streaming. Bundles, and passes that really are waste...
How did you save any money if you weren't going to buy either of those games? You didn't, you spent 18$ on two games you weren't going to buy by your own statement, granted at least you have more games to also play for the 18$ instead of 100$ for two games so money better spent but you saved no money cause you still spent money on them.
Have to say this comment section is pretty different than a few years ago when MS was first pushing game pass and all digital. Ton of people were all for a streaming game service, is it just because it's Ubisoft or is it because streaming services for games is just a terrible idea?
They don't retain value because they are cookie cutter reskins of the same game mechanics over and over in every game.

This to me is just more evidence the PS5 Pro is real cause that's the only way a remaster makes sense because the Pro would have stronger hardware to take advantage of if it's just for the PS5 then I do see how they can get anymore out of the hardware to justify it.
