Why though? It is not a demanding game so docked would have little to no difference on the PS4. Switch just gives the extra option of portability.
Unless you are a trophy hunter, I cannot see why anyone would buy PS4 version over Switch if they have both, for less demanding games at least. For a game like DOOM there is a performance gap so it makes sense. But games like this?
Honestly, I would rather have a cheap PS1 Classic and PS2 classic with no games on it and a swappable hard drive. Give the them their own separate PSN store servers and put all games on it digitally priced similar to how they are now.
They would make a killing in the long run, retro gaming would be preserved, and I feel this would please most fans.
Hell they can even make portable versions of the classic consoles as well if they want to ditch the VITA na...
When the VITA launched, the money was not there. Sony was in a very bad spot. By the time they got out of the whole they were in, the stigma was already there and little could save it.
It is a shame because the VITA is a good system with some real gems on it. It was bad timing that killed it outside of Japan ultimately.
And there is nothing wrong with that.
T2X
Yeah, but SJWs will spin it to make it sound like it does. If not for that, no one would look twice about the design changes.
They do more harm to their cause than they do good. This is what annoys people and fuels these stupid debates. It is a vicious cycle.
Just like Nintendo does their own thing, for business and not to compete. This is why both Nintendo and Sony are doing so well. They both follow their own vision and deliver quality exclusive games. There is a reason to own both, and it is great for the industry.
Nintendo does not get a free pass like many think. Haters just like to believe that is what happens.
With that in mind, this online service is BS, and I will not be supporting it until some major changes happen.
No, but it is damn close. The X1 needed it for all games.
No, that is not ok. There is no logical defense for the situation. Nintendo online is fked up in more than a few ways.
I will always prefer having a phusical library to show off, and not have to worry about losing digital games if a license expires or the network closes down.
If my issue is that I want physical copies, I could give a fk what Nintendo, or others that follow do about it (they will). I have no problem going to ebay to get old games.
If I wanted to emulate digital roms, this digital future that is driving me to retro would not be a problem.
Retro gaming looks better and better.
Dat performance doe!
I honestly forgot about this game. Looking forward to playing it again. Last time I ended up alone lol. This time I know better haha.
Well I like PUBG better than fortnite so that is actually good news.
In what world do I not have a Switch? My friend code is in my profile lmao
If it has over 10 million players, it has over 10 mil sales...cause ya know...each player has to BUY THE GAME TO PLAY IT.
Unless you mean that sales are actually much higher than the 10 mil active player count...in which case you would be correct.
I have had my PS4 since launch, and eventually upgraded to a PS4 Pro. It has been a blast, but yeah I think the PS2 still has it beat. I see it as...
1. PS2
2. PS4
3. PS1
4. PS3
All of them were great, but the PS2 was in a league of its own, not because of sales alone, but because of the sheer volume of quality games it had.
The PS4 pretty much has everything you could want from a current gen console though....
How so?
I myself jumped to that conclusion. I stand corrected, and I am glad.
